People are people, humans are humans, God will expose our sins and lies, so let God heal us. What r the benefits of pushing people down to make u look tall? Examining all of us and not yourself? His mistakes are evident to us to trust God alone and actually when u think that what he is doing is wrong, that means you believe in God because there's a moral standard which we measure right and wrong as a universal standard. God is perfect. Only a perfect one can condemn others. What u say are true facts, but by logic, you r telling us that we should never trust anything he say cuz he sins, lie and is not the ideal and example of a good Christian, Basically, Ravi is not trustworthy because he lies. But I am sure u have lied in your life too... That doesn't mean every word u say, including in this video, is false info. We focus and follow God, we never follow people, especially sinners like me and you. We evaluate his words and those about God though the scriptures, which is the everlasting truth 😊

@@essawong687 Thats true, but we can't deny this actions, Ravi have hurt so many people around this and this must be judged by ourselves the church of Christ, God gave us the permission to this, let me point a couple of things: 1. We cannot judge our brothers and sisters by using the world law system but we can judge within our church these actions and go to consequences. 2. Ravi not only break some of our commandments by God (And God gave us permission to judge this) but he also break MEN law, and that implies that he also need to face local government on some of his actions. Got my point? We are forgiven but we cannot deny the fact that we must face justice sooner or later.

If a sinner breaks the law we must understand first the nature of it and its consequences, therefore we can judge by God law his actions but at some point his actions also break local government law, in both cases he must face the consequences of his actions, now that he is deceased he will face God and certainly he will point to this. If we believe the promise of Jesus he is saved of course because none of his actions can justify him but let us remind ourselves to conduct in this world by repentance of sin and constantly admitting our twisted nature.

The historicity of the biblical accounts has widely been established and continues to especially since the advent of modern archeology. irrelevant? the bible is the most plagiarized work in history. Jesus is historically the most influential person in human history. Christianity birthed modern science, universities which according to Jospeh Needham is the driver behind the rise of the West which of course brought humanity into the modern age. The bible is where the big bang theory came from... in fact it's the only source to get the creation event of the universe correct. Completely. No one else came close. And so on and so on.

Why do people dislike this video?!! I think it is very important for these facts to be exposed. Even if you're a christian why would you dislike this. People have put their faith in Ravi Zacharias and they feel that if he is a sexual abuser their faith is in vain and they will never see their dead grandmother again. Or have eternal life. Or whatever. THAT is why people are so resistant to the plain facts. It is sad. But hopefully they can step up to the plate and except that evangelical reality is sometimes ugly.

Christ first rebukes. Only when we repent and confess our sins to him is there forgiveness. There is no indication that Ravi Zacharias repented of his sins. He was abusing women until a few months before his death. He had years to confess these things to the women and to all those he deceived.

Ravi didn't say in the video he was a professor at Oxford University...he clearly said simply Oxford & you even name in your comments the Oxford Center for Christian Apologetics, an academy in London which Zacharias founded & has been a professor which is what he was referring to. He did study at Ridley hall, an independent theological college affiliated with Cambridge Univ. & he was a Sr. research fellow , honorary title, with Wycliffe hall, a permanent private hall at Univ. of Oxford.

Billy J Zorina Ravi admitted that he was never a “professor at Oxford” despite having claim that for years at his website and to his fans and donors.  I know quite a bit about the OCCA. It is not a constituent part of the University of Oxford. The fact that you think it is is yet another part of Ravi’s deceptive practices. I respectfully suggest that you Google the Oxford Center for Christian apologetics and note that on the first page of their website they disclose that they are “independent.” Ravi never, to my knowledge made that clear, and he often suggested A closer relationship between the center and the University and then actually existed. Thank you for checking in.

I really admire your patience in responding to these truth deniers who commented here. Since Christians claim to preach and stand for truth, they are the ones who should have exposed his lies in the first place because that is exactly what they would have done if a famous atheist lied about their credentials. These are not false accusations, the irrefutable evidence is there for anyone (theist or atheist) to verify. This has nothing to do with his theology or his vocabulary or anything thing else good that he did, even child molesters have good deeds. This is about the man lying about his credentials period! What do you think would have been the Christians' response if Sam Harris or Richard Dawkins lied about their credentials? So if an atheist exposes a Christian for lying about their credentials then it means they are attacking their message? If an atheist exposed another atheist for lying then what are do we say? So it's okay to expose lies as long as they are lies of an atheist, Christians who lie should not be exposed.

The main thing I was thinking about with regards to Ravi is how a lot of people in the comments refuse to condemn his actions because they put him on a pedestal. Not sure why we're praying for a dead man. And I'm afraid that it's just so very convenient to pluck a verse out of context to lazily and easily attempt to placate a very disturbing, well in-grained sin pattern that someone has no intentions of either apologising for, relenting of or retracting either himself or by his ministry. I think we all have understanding in this instance including the fact that it's been pointed out to Ravi and his ministry. The heart is intentionally being deceptive... But not beyond what is clearly understood here.

Thank you sir for doing so much to uncover such ungodliness and bring it into the light.

Unfortunately I do not know the lengths of this however if this is true then it is sad. I will say as a Christian myself we are called to repent.

Well, I am saddened to hear this. I really loved Ravi. I mean, when I tend to love people I’m all in. I love people with all my heart. I don’t know whether this has anything to do with it, that I am living in practical isolation because of a lifelong disability and some pain conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. And I don’t have any family because my peeps are all either dead or uninvolved. So I seek comfort sometimes in my imagination or in loving people that I will never meet this side of heaven. Or maybe never. I really really loved Ravi and this whole thing has been extremely painful. But I agree we shouldn’t support deception. Once we come to understand that it’s true, no matter how upset we are in pain we are, I guess we have to except that it’s true. Oh God I hate this.

Hello Thea I love Ravi too, and I still love him, I think you can separate love from truth. We all are faulty persons. Let´s see and look for the truth with a loving hearth. The super bad thing about Ravi is that a lot of people around the world embrace him as a teacher and a great model of human being, then when he fell because of lies and sexual misconduct, we all fell with him and get hurt too. Ravi Zacharias was a coward. He refused to debate people one on one. (Three years ago I tried to organize an debate between Ravi and Richard Carrier. Dr. Carrier agreed. Ravi’s ministry told me he does not debate. I think I know why. Ravi only confronted people from behind his computer or when he controlled the mic.) Pathetic. Don’t act like you’re doing Christianity a favor. Or do you suppose his ministry is supported because of his credentials. The truth not hinge on the character of person speaking it, so, granted even that he was the vilest man to walk this earth, the truth of the position that God exist, he is revealed in the person of Christ as demonstrated in the reality and historicity of the resurrection is what is at the crux of the matter. If there is no God, in what objective moral ground is he wrong and as such should be universally rejected? It is this message of God in Christ, that Christians support. Jesus Christ, after whom Christianity is named, once looked in the face of one of his most famous disciples, Peter, knowing that he would betray him three times contrary to his own confession of faith said, Peter, the devil has sought to sift you as wheat, but I have prayed for you. That after you stand, you strengthen your brothers. Or do you suppose righteousness is preached because Christians do not struggle with sin? We may fall, indeed the Bible says all have fallen, but his grace lifts us up each time. Our repentance may not erase our record on earth but it certainly does in heaven by the blood of he who said He cane to lay down his life for mankind that none may perish but have everlasting life? In the words of this dead man who stands here accused, “If you claim evil has been done, you assume the good. If you assume there is good, then you assume a standard by which it is certain- a moral law but you cannot have a moral law without a moral lawgiver, who is the very person whose existence you deny.” In your accusation you stand accused, for in the absence of God as Neitsche pointed out clearly in his parable of the mad man, there is no up or down, there is no right or wrong. I was once a “scholar at Oxford”. After graduation from the University of Calgary I didn’t have a job. Decided to bicycle in Europe for a few months. One day I passed through Oxford. Nice town. In case anyone thinks I’m lying, I have a picture to prove it! ✨😹💫

Lol. Zacharias believes that if he tells people he went to Oxford or Cambridge that will make him a more credible witness of Christianity. God is no respector of persons. He doesnt care where we went to school, where we grew up, how much money we have, how good looking and fit we are. God looks at the heart.

Thank you for your thorough and excellent research. It is sad to see that no matter how famous Ravi Zacharias got, he still had an identity crisis and struggled with issues of worthlessness - or else why continue to lie? There was no need for it, he had already made it big! Christians want heroes (that become idols) to eruditely defeat their enemies. Yet with all the focus on apologetics against enemies "outside" the faith, they ignore doctrinal issues at home, because that would be more complicated and go against the creeds that they are shackled to. So we never see Ravi Zacharias take any unpopular theological positions. Without the begotten Son, the keeping of the law, the non-immortality of the soul, prophetic historicism, and many other "unorthodox" truths, there is no peace. Without following and preaching these truths, we can't walk in Christ's humble suffering steps, and we aren't blessed with the rest and repentance and faith He wants to give us (Heb 4:2, Revelation 14:12- "faith of Jesus" is what we need, not our own faith). This is what I see happening to Ravi Zacharias, a lesson for us all, for we all are human like him. On this issue of the infection of worldly glory, performance, and position in the church, I recommend the book 'Identity Wars' by Adrian Ebens. By the way, I couldn't help but notice that on your website you admit to a tinge of conviction because of what Ravi Zacharias shared on the book of Daniel. I formerly was an atheist buddhist (half-Thai) and was converted through reading a commentary on the book of Daniel. Maybe you would like to check it out, this book changed my life - 'Daniel and Revelation' by Uriah Smith, originally published in the late 1890's. It is available in pdf and html online. David, did you hear about his massage spa scandals? (BTW, Ravi never debated anybody. He refused. I know, because I tried to set up a debate with him and an atheist scholar. His ministry told me that he does not debate. Sadly, Ravi was a bit of a coward and would only entertain questions when he controlled the microphone and the agenda during the Q&A of his speeches.) Let me know if you’ve heard about the massage sex scandal.

As far as debates, there are literally hundreds of debates with him and scholars, atheist and otherwise. Perhaps they weren't called "debates" but were discussions but ended up debates.

The closest thing you will find is a panel discussion or he tag teamed with the great Christian apologist, William Lane Craig, (Who has two PhD‘s to make up for Ravi‘s zero). And one would be hard-pressed to call that a debate. Since there are “hundreds“ of debates out there, as you say, perhaps you could send me a link? (I do not mean Q&A at the end of Ravi’’s speeches.) Yes, I encourage you to do some reading about the man. I published a book on him a few years ago and after that learned that he had owned massage spas in Atlanta where he sexually abused multiple women. His own ministry determined that the evidence was true. They also found that he had two apartments in the sex capital of the world, Bangkok, where we had multiple massages and he had photos of massage therapists on his phone, including sexual content. Publishers have withdrawn his books, and his ministry has decided to rename itself. Here’s a good place to start, directly with his own ministry. I don’t know any atheist who makes their living pretending to be an expert on anything who has lied quite like Ravi Zacharias did about their credentials. You are correct, there’s lots of deception everywhere. But Ravi was as bad as it gets.

I used to be a compulsive liar myself - thankfully, the Lord's grace shone upon me and I've since made leaps and bounds in crucifying the flesh, day after day, unlike this false teacher. Without Christ's grace, I would still be lost. All glory to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit alone!

No one will remember if he studied at Cambridge or not, they will remember his two faces.

English is not Ravi's first language so he may say some things slightly differently than a native English speaker. He most probably meant he studied under a man who once was a Prof of Physics not that he did a Physics course

If you go to the way back machine you can find this exact language at Ravi’s website. I think it was there around 2005 to 2007. “Visiting professor.” And we know it is false because Wycliffe hall has said so. And Ravi has admitted that he was never a professor there.

Why would he highlight the whole sentence from a fraud when the whole point of the video is proving, positively, that he was a fraud? And an admitted one at that. He "lectured" at the private Wycliffe Hall and used that as a launchpad to bamboozle thousands of his fans who believed that his bona fides were corroborated.

Dear Christian Brethren, True !! this channel really puts our faith in test , but remember - James 1:3 “ Test of faith brings perseverance “ . The message this atheist brings is also true. I read the whole blog. I always wondered how a person can be as perfect as Ravi Zacharias , however it’s true that bible says : Romans 3:10 “None is righteous, no, not one;” Bible also instructs - Matt 5:48 - “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect” Also , James 1:27 - .. keep oneself from being polluted by the world. This message is an example that how we believers are watched keenly by the world to find faults and bring our faith down , says - 1 Peter 5:8 - “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour”. So, we need to be very careful in our work place , family , church and social life as the world is watching . Bible says : 1 Peter 2:12 “Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us” So, let’s be like people of Berea in bible , Acts 17: 11 - The people of Berea were more open-minded than the people of Thessalonica. They were very willing to receive God's message, and every day they carefully examined the Scriptures to see if what Paul said was true. Even after they knew Paul directly saw Jesus , these people didn’t just believe, they verified it with scriptures. How careful they were !! 😇. Similarly, whenever we hear sermons from KZread , church etc... we need to see it through bible , else we will be deceived 😇. Coming to Ravi Zacharias, he already apologised for wrong usage of his credentials and his association has removed it from their website and all other official repositories and now replaced them with correct credentials. God who saved this man(RZ) from death bed and led him 45 years in his ministry will surely forgive this iniquity and will continue to bless him and his ministry for the betterment of his chosen people 😇. And , these atheists people when they face the judgement day , all of their lies & imperfections will be revealed and judged 😎✌️. Until we all meet in heaven, stay strong in faith 👍🏼..... Jerry Jerry. Thanks for your thoughtful comments. Actually, Ravi only “apologized” in a single email to an obscure Christian blogger. To my knowledge he has never acknowledged his deceptions and any other format. The latest news, just discovered this week, is that Ravi also lied for many years about having been a graduate of “university of New Delhi.” The claim even appears in his official bio at the 2012 catalog of the southern evangelical seminary. I have found a dozen newspaper event announcements from the 1970s and 1980s where he makes the claim. It is false. He dropped out of that university after his first year. So, while I find your courage very refreshing, I think you confuse repentance with public relations. Ravi has done plenty of the latter, none of the former.

If RZ repents he will be saved , if he doesn’t then he won’t be . You wanted to bring out the truth , which you did and I wanted to encourage my Christian believers to stay strong in faith , which I did . To be very honest, Bible has already warned us about verifying sermons but sadly we believers many times ignore it . Good video. Went to Robbys biggest failures was how often he failed to mention that every person comes with a default setting which will lead him to hell from birth. And it is only through the forgiveness for their sins by the blood of Jesus Christ and faith in him that will allow anybody to escape the the eternal hell to come for all of those who do not repent and put their faith in Jesus.

It's all semantics. Studying one class at Cambridge makes him a student. Allow me to doubt that all the statements here are true behind the back of the subject. Confront him with this! Ravi Zacharias has converted atheists to Christianity. Where do you disagree with him?

First, it is the Holy spirit that draws people to Christ. You are sadly uninformed about the extent of years of sexual activity and gross sexual abuse of many women. This was not a little flirtation somewhere. His activity was planned and agressively defended by him. It is shocking and gross. That does not even consider the large amounts of donated money given to his women.

First really well made video. But, you should ask yourself this, let’s say that all what you are saying about this man is true, is this your way of forcing yourself to disbelieve in what he is stating about the Bible, God, Jesus Christ, and all the events that are related to them. Because if it is, that is a pretty weak argument. Only reason I say this, is because what this man is stating about the subject, well he definitely isn’t the only one that states it. Plus all the historical evidence that has been discovered over the past few decades and even before that. If you want to disbelieve in something, or try to show others that they are wrong, you should start at the source, not the messenger. Prove the evidence wrong, if you can. But when you do, really look into it, don’t just find what just works for your argument. Be fair to all that listen and follow you. Have a great day wish you the best

FriendlyBanjoAtheist You may try to state that you are not trying to argue theology, but that’s exactly what you are doing by trying to discredit the speaker of the message. If you discredit the person who is communicating the message, which the message is about Christianity, then the message SEEMS as it has no relevance or facts to stand behind. You have an audience, be aware of what you are doing before releasing your message out the world to see and hear, that is if you do care. If you do, then great, you are a better person for it. And if you don’t care, or maybe you just get a kick out of all the attention and don’t care what kind of affect it has on your audience, which I hope isn’t the case, then that makes you no better than the people you are trying to bring to light on their so call dishonesties.

Were any of his false claims shown in this video made *after* his admission? Or has he stopped making the false and misleading claims since then? It was not clear to me from your video, but I think that's pretty important. I just saw your video that GM Skeptic linked to, and read the blog post you linked here. My sense is that he's admitted just enough and quietly to try to sweep it all under the rug, but IDK. In any case, I think you should be clear on whether he *was* dishonest, or *is* dishonest; and in what ways in each case.

ratamacue0 Ravi was, and is, dishonest. He has “damage controlled” a few claims and he has confessed to lying about Cambridge and Oxford. But he confessed so quietly that nobody heard. And he keeps talking about his studies at Cambridge. Also, he never recanted the false claims in his federal lawsuit. Rzim@rzim.org if you want to encourage him to come clean in a public way.

SanTJfx AlP Craig is the real deal. Lennox is a pretender (knows his math but not his philosophy.) Turek is a weak intellect. Entertains and soothes true believers but is not much of a scholar. BTW I want to nip this all in the bud. I’m really not interested in discussing apologetics here. There are other places for that. My purpose here is to show that Ravi is a systematic deceived.

Yes hes smart... but intelligence is overrated and irrelevant because being intelligent doesnt make us more moral.....We will all stand before the throne of God one day and give an account for our life whether we believe in him or not. Morality is the pink elephant in the room for Atheists. Atheists have no ground to stand on because they don't believe in an objective moral standard we call God. Therefore truth becomes relative and thats when Empires collapse... just like weve seen in the UK and sadly now in the US. US has been on a steep decline since the 60's because we stop acknowledging God as our authority for all truth. If God doesn't exist then man becomes the standard of truth... whatever man decides is right. Thats the belief of our Godless govt. and University professors who are pushing their Godless agenda unto the masses while people are distracted by their Iphones and celebrities and social media (which im on right now)... but thats beside the point.

That was a very simple lie. Most Evangelists claimed that they talked to God, had dinner with Lord, got blessings from God and had drinks ( Coco Cola and Pepsi ) with Lord. People are used to that.

Wish You The Best The problem is in the Christian world “forgiveness“ is used for turning a blind eye to the sins of your allies. You don’t see them bandying about forgiveness with Hillary Clinton or Obama. But Ravi!!!

I didn't want to believe this but objectively he clearly stated he was a professor at Oxford which was a lie and although he might of attended classes at Cambridge he did not study quantum physics and the lecturer he cites has stated he never even taught that class when Ravi was there,, it sucks but truth is truth, have to be honest about it, sad as it may be.

Ravi observed a course at the University for one term, a course on the theology and science dialogue. He then converted that to the claim that he studied quantum physics at Cambridge “under John Polkinghorne.” And not a single Christian ever publicly called him on it.

If I pop over to Harvard and sit informally in on a class for 10 weeks, can I plaster all over my speeches and books that I am “Harvard educated“? That’s exactly what Ravi Zacharias. And if you are OK with that ethically, I feel sorry for your students.

He still was better educated than most professors are today.

People lie. Can’t separate human beings from their own humanity. Maybe you can intelligently explain why an atheist would even be bothered with lying ? If you are completely honest with yourself , you’d know that it’s not just Christian leaders who have lied. It’s the entire planet.

Nor did you come across the concept of “red herring”. People are people, humans are humans, God will expose our sins and lies, so let God heal us. What r the benefits of pushing people down to make u look tall? Examining all of us and not yourself? His mistakes are evident to us to trust God alone and actually when u think that what he is doing is wrong, that means you believe in God because there's a moral standard which we measure right and wrong as a universal standard. God is perfect. Only a perfect one can condemn others. What u say are true facts, but by logic, you r telling us that we should never trust anything he say cuz he sins, lie and is not the ideal and example of a good Christian, Basically, Ravi is not trustworthy because he lies. But I am sure u have lied in your life too... That doesn't mean every word u say, including in this video, is false info. We focus and follow God, we never follow people, especially sinners like me and you. We evaluate his words and those about God though the scriptures, which is the everlasting truth 😊

dr. Polkinhorne was the president of Cambridge from 1988 - 1996. Maybe we should factcheck the fact checker.

By 1990 Polkinghorne had long left the science faculty and was teaching religion. The class Ravi observed (but never enrolled in) was not “quantum physics” but science-theology dialogue. That’s the point.) Thanks for checking in. Let me know if you have any other concerns about my research.

This doesn't prove anything. My dad was an adjunct professor. Ravi could have done this and still call himself a professor. Who cares if he audited classes, you can still say you enrolled in a class if you audited classes. A random person on the street just can't pop up in college classes. Ravi didn't lie either when he said that he studied at cambridge. If you sat in on a class and studied a subject, you can say you studied at cambridge. This video is a reach for sure. As for that professor, Ravi talked about, he probably got the date messed up or said the wrong name. I've done that before, who cares. Jesus still rules, Ravi loved God and never claimed to be perfect. Nobody is perfect. Only God is.

Please don’t skip over the undisputed facts. OK? 1. Ravi admitted that he never enrolled at Cambridge. 2. Was father paid? Did The school formally confer the title “adjunct professor“ on your father? (The answer was no to both for Ravi.) You seem like a nice person, hard for me to imagine that your father would stoop so low as to just make that title up for himself. But Ravi did.

Dr. Zacharias is telling the truth.

The man said he studied at Cambridge. How is auditing a course not studying? Have you ever read a book?. I guess reading a book about XYZ is not studying the subject? There was no deception here, and that is evident to anyone that cares to open their mind and use common sense. The fact remains that you have absolutely no other valid arguments that you have to pick on such an insignificant line item and turn it into something that it is not.....

Ha ha ha. I spent time reading at the UC Berkeley law school library. I also audited a class from the famous sociologist there once. Am I “Berkeley educated“? Can I say “I studied at Berkeley“? If you think that’s fine, you have extremely low ethical standards.

Except this atheist called out Ravi 2 years ago. I never did like ravi so I wasn't aware of any of the stuff until now. I do find it funny that an atheist was able to spot this fake years before the rest of the world caught on.

I am a Christ follower who read a few of Ravi Zacharias' books and listened to many of his talks. I admired his intellect and seeming passion for the Word of God. Little did I know what really lay behind the curtain. I wasn't aware in 2018 of the allegations against him, but I commend you for your honesty and exposing of the truth - seems that more people should have paid attention.

Well he has lead many to christ, and as human we are not perfect, but only god can be his judge

@@zenbanjo2533 Jesus Christ never deceived anyone. The devil/Satan deceives people especially those who do not believe that Jesus is who he says he is ( God ). He ( Satan ) is the master deceiver. Yes, he can cause men to be deceivers also in the name of God but that doesn't mean that Jesus Christ is not who he says he is ( God ). Man's ways are evil that's why many fall into the trap of doing what Satan/the devil does, deceive people. Jesus is God and has the power to save a soul from spending eternity in Hell because of unbelief. Soon all will see and all will know.
