Got inspired to watch some of the best security on fan tackles in recent history. Interesting note, with the recent trend of filming yourself in selfie mode as you run on the field it has introduced two new electric factors to the traditional streak. With the fans attention split between looking out for incoming security and also looking over at his camera for the story the fan is now less aware and more likely to get absolutely trucked from their blind side. Also it’s always fun to see how the phone will pop out of the hands and fly into the air, very reminiscent of the water bottle pop in hockey, very satisfying.

random question, have they actually used jonathan mingo at all? i've always half rooted for the panthers - i was like 10 when the jags and panthers entered the league and thought 'whoa sick uniforms,' still a jags fan today - but i'm also an ole miss fan, so was hoping to see something out of the panthers this season (and we see how that's going). but if mingo could turn into half the receiver aj brown or dk metcalf are then there would definitely be something there. eta the comparison coming from the fact they're all ole miss boys.

The Steelers have become that Impossibly Lucky Team that Tom Brady used to be by himself: always getting the calls, having his kickers & defense win games & getting the credit. Yes, their defense played REALLY well against the Browns. But don't the Browns have a great D? & did _they play_ up to their usual standards that game? The Ravens had a record-tying amount of drops & they were _all_ unforced. McDaniels *handed them* that game against LV with his terrible decision-making. Along with the inability to challenge a call that would have gotten them the ball, they won by seven in a game where the Rams' kicker missed *three kicks* for seven total points, again, unforced. The Steelers didn't _cause_ that. Things they aren't responsible for just go their way. Without luck they are 1-6 or 2-5 or maybe 3-4 at best but they themselves are not playing well enough to be winning.
