But I don't think you should judge the performance based from a songwriter pov. Simply because they made the competition this way wherein contestant should sing the song differently and still standout and that's what she did with the performance. But then again judges call, though I disagree with the songwriter pov.

They should have considered the level of difficulty of the technique. Even with that mistake that raven committed, she still is the better singer between the two. The other one was good tho, but raven is exceptional. Raven’s performance was way way way better than the other singer.

I agree, raven still my winner. I love her tone, range, the level of difficulty and emotions. I think Sir Ogie is just perfectionist when it comes to his songs. Ogie wrote that song and he knows it very well. We will wait for Raven's resbak.

better yet, wag kantahin mga composition ni Ogie kasi i have d feeling, akin lang to, for him, si Regine lang magaling. Ginawa din nya yan kay Kayla Santos before n other contestants. kung compositor ka, delivery and interpretaion should be given a wider appreciation as long as long as it is within d scope of how you want it performed.

The fact that Mr. Ogie is the composer of the song, He knows where the notes where placed and needs to used properly. Unfortunately Rayven, didn’t deliver the song as they expected and to this competition, it is a matter of consistency from beginning to end so that they’ve decided things out very hard.

Just like what happened to Antonnette Tismo, magaling sya as in magaling pero natanggal pa rin. Pero bumalik para lumaban ulit. There is still a 2nd chance. This talent no need to undergo some sort of competition, it deserves an ablum

I thought na mananalo parin sya kasi despite losing it on the first part of the song and nabilangan sya after that she stood up. She proved that she is really freaking good yung mga runs and high notes ang ganda at malinis mind blowing given the fact that she/he is a male like ang hirap nun. I also love her tone ang sarap sa tenga. It was really a tight head to head battle but I think it's a fair fight naman. I am not a professional or an expert when it comes to music that's why I think tama naman yung judge on that part kasi they are wearing earphones so mas naririnig nila mga technical stuff. Yung nanalo din naman is magaling, for me siguro kung di sya nabilangan ng isa mananalo parin talaga sya. Sana bumalik pa sya cause I am really a fan ang galing nya and iilan lang yung gay/trans namay ganyang boses kagandang boses.

I’m a vocal coach ha and I don’t see any problem with the first part. Maybe sir Ogie is referring to these kaya bakit siya nalaglag: 1. Microtones. May minimal flats siya. 2. Hindi malinis ang transition ng chest to head niya. If you listen closely, may konting vocal break dun sa unang part na madidistinguish mo talaga ang “real voice”/chest voice/speaking voice niya sa mix voice niya. For me she’s still the winner. But God may have a better plan for her. ✨ More pa Raven!
