Raul Vergara, owner of Cutler Bay Solar Solutions spoke amongst the Senate in opposition to senate bill 1024. “This bill would limit the ability of homeowners and businesses to offset costs of rooftop solar installations by selling excess power back to the electric company, an arrangement known as net metering”

Floridans support your Raul... FPL is so GREEDY!!!
It is way premature to mess up incentives for transitioning to solar. And the rate increases are crippling the people. Not wise.
