I have experienced this problem for over 20 years it's was the worst things I ever had but now I know one way to protect myself from getting bad dreams. But now I know that you can't just sit and let it attack you, you have to do something to protectyourself too..

Once it realize that you're not going to be an easy prey, it'll start looking for other preys to go leech on. This entity is a malevolent parasitic spirit, and there are different variants of it. Some you grow out of it, like a imaginary friend some you can beat it on your own (depends on how long that "thing" been leeching onto you) and then there are those that are on a demonic level will require it to be seal away. Not a direct solution but something to point you in the direction should you run across "it".

From 14yrs old till 18 yrs old, I had sleep paralysis quite often. It was almost on a daily. The scary thing was that it was the same entity or female spirit who would do this. It wasn't until I moved out for college that I stopped experiencing sleep paralysis... The last time I experienced sleep paralysis was 6 months ago when I started telling scary stories about sleep paralysis + ghost stories. My mom sent me a red/white string and since then no sleep paralysis..
