A great nighttime rat control session using the Airmaks krait L and Hawke sidewinder scope, fitted with a go pro hero 8
This is a legal pest activity to humanely dispatch Brown rats from a waste management site.
Rats must be controlled due to laws to stop the spread of disease and damage to infrastructure due to fear of fire etc.

I notice the rodents having a reaction just before the round gets there but not enough to avoid it. Sound getting there before the round? Who knows?

Well, I reckon most people know, I mean, after all he isn't shooting supersonic, something like that makes a hell of a lot of noise, even if you throw a can on the muzzle because the pellet still causes a sonic crack. Between my shooting buddy and me we have a few airguns that can go supersonic, but pellets at that velocity become unstable and neither of us can be bothered with the noise so we shoot from 10.65 grains and up.
