Making a list of videos with the exercises from the first book is a great idea!

I suffer from sleep related ocd, and I wonder a lot whether I should focus on bringing down the fear and anxiety, or just allow the anxiety sensations to be present . I noticed that telling myself “even if I don’t sleep, It’s ok it’s not the end of the world” helps a ton in bringing down the anxiety, but I noticed that I do this because I don’t like the feeling of anxiety. What is the right action in this case ?

Hey Ase - Terrific catch! Both are needed but if you're speaking to yourself with these mantras that can be problematic. (In order to push the fear away, that's the issue)
