This trailer was better than the final film. I say that in the nicest way possible. It had a better understanding of the character of Qwark too.

The worst part is this movie had all the potential to be one of the great gaming based movies out there. It had great character designs and it was based off a successful game franchise. But a bad script ruined it

I love this teaser, mainly because it reminds me of that Daffy Duck cartoon "Duck Amuck", but with the 3D animation software/menus instead of pencils and erasers. Also, "Where's the Dubstep?!"

After inquiring about the status of the Sly Cooper Movie, Rainmaker Studios confirmed that they are no longer producing it. ... Their Ratchet and Clank film adaptation wasn't hugely successful at the box office, and this is likely an attempt by Sony or Rainmaker to cut their losses.

Just coming back to confirm that this unfortunately wasn't a hyper realistic fever dream I had once and this movie did in fact release.

+Last Noobn The Future Trilogy is defiantly not as "crude" or "edgy" as the PS2 games yeah, but I wouldn't call Ratchet being the last of his kind due to attempted Lombax Genocide in Tools of Destruction a "toddler generation". Or finally meeting another Lombax in A Crack In Time (Alister Azimuth) only to have him basically kill himself at the end of the game to atone for his misdeeds? Or having Ratchet spend two years looking for Clank (pretty much his only friend and family) when he (spoilers) gets kidnapped by the Zoni at the end of Tools of Destruction and then after having Ratchet finally reunite with Clank after two years of being alone, Clank tells him he has to leave him for the Great Clock because it's his destiny as Orvus's son, so all of that time spent searching was pointless? Well to be fair, Clank does decide to abandon his role as the Great Clock keeper to stay with Ratchet so he wouldn't have to spend the rest of his life alone, but still. Even with friends and family, Ratchet still has to live the rest of his life being a rare anomaly among the rest of the game series's universe. I'm by no means a professional essay writer if that's a thing, but I thought I would explain how I think the Future games, while not rated M "dark", isn't exactly for babies either.

I think Wreck It Ralph has just saved video game movies. Sly Cooper This and Brad Bird will be working on a Sonic movie (just a rumor but it seems legit). Look it up for yourself None of these happened until Disney had their fully animated video game movie. Before this we had street farter and Mario bros. Thank goodness we're getting to the good stuff

I'm just glad they got the three main voice actors for the roles of Ratchet, Clank, and Quark. To have those three actually be in the movie means so much.

I’m still disappointed that in the poster they don’t put James Arnold Taylor and the Voice Actor as Clank it makes me upset

As much as I hated the movie, this brings me so much nostalgia. I moved to West London from Southern Italy when I was 9 (2014) and throughout the months prior to that, I had to take lessons to learn English (which btw, didn't help almost at all) and I used to use this trailer to learn English despite the fact that it was 1 year old at the time. I didn't know this trailer used such uncommon vocabulary and such muffled words. Nowadays, it's quite easy for me to understand but I certainly wouldn't recommend this for language learning. It's incredible how things have changed so much ever since then. Nowadays, English is my dominant language by a milestone and I also see the UK as my home country. Too bad I had to leave about 3 years ago. But still, this terrible trailer was the start of a new beginning for me. One for which I will always be greatful for.

This will be awesome, I just hope it doesn't go the same way as the way as the Halo movie.

Well, the Halo movie was Live-Action, which from my perspective is never a good idea. Remember Avatar: The Last Airbender, Street Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, etc. etc.? They were NOT the most praised movies during the box office. Halo was better than those others...But still. Ratchet & Clank's movie on the other hand looks like it's being portrayed quite nicely, as if it was being shown from the games themselves, at least by the looks from this teaser trailer anyway.

palindinX To be fair, the first Mortal Kombat was kinda cool. The second one sucked all to hell. The actor for johnny cage couldn't get out of it so he demanded that he be killed right off. Christopher Lambert was good for the role in the first movie, then they got the other guy. And then Sonya Blade... If they didn't do anything after the first movie, that would've been fine. A nice little feather in the MK hat. In my opinion. But the rest of the movies, yeah, they were a waste of time.
