Hey all, it's Xem. I was so happy with how this run went down. Obviously, it wasn't perfect, but I achieved all the goals I set out to achieve with this run. I also didn't crack on the high G# at 10:30 am, so that's pretty damn sick as well. Shoutouts to all of you guys for the support over the years, and here's to more amazing runs to come

Legit criticism, I felt like you could've held the last "Vincero" for a liiittle bit longer, ends a bit abruptly, but I don't really care, you nailed that high note so nothing but love and respect here

The second bolt on Veldin 2 is casually done with the taunter. So you taunt that little frog to stand on the button and deactivate the gate. In my mind the only reason why you would need that weapon at all :D Btw not my favorite type of music, but still pretty impressive O.o

Xem is the most funniest Speed Runner I've seen. Always amazing how fluent the run and the play-by-play commentary is.

You've clearly never seen Bonesaw577's agdq 2016 jak and daxter run

Plays games quickly, AND he can sing. Incredible.

Xem is my favorite runner simply because he's the only runner I've seen that runs R&C, one of my two favorite game series.

Here we are almost 3 years later and this run would still be a top 10 time. Absolutely nuts (and bolts)

5 years later it would be the number 27 fastest run, but xem still has the world record with an incredible 49 minutes and 30 seconds. Wow

For an italian, hearing "Nessun Dorma" in such a great performance is amazing... you made me almost crying Xem hahahah, you have a nice pronunciation of the words (it almost seems that you're italian too lol) and an accent that fit in with the song. Anyway that was a good, interesting and entertaining run done with a nice and enjoyable commentary of a game that basically made my childhood (with Jak & Daxter too)

Woah, the same Pyrocitor exploit on the final boss which I accidentally stumbled upon while Let's Playing this, kinda cool to see it used here and getting a little explanation to it, as I thought, it hits all of the bosses frames so the HP literally melts away.

I'm fairly new to speedruns and I just have to say this is next fucking level. Seriously amazing to watch. Cheers for the amazing run xem! Speedrunning one of my favorite games of my childhood brings me much joy

Yes there are a lot of nuisances it in.

Geez. Last time I saw this the Infinite Long Jump was only used in Quark's Base, and it was still considered really dicey. Watching Ratchet fling himself all over the levels is fantastic.

This run is insane

Really hoped for an R&C 2 speedrun with all big bolts, but that has to do for now...

I can't wait to get a new playstation just to play all of Ratchet and Clank again

at the end of umbris just after he got the infobot, there was the purple ship then he rekt himself to go back to the start and there was the green ship then when actually in space he's in the fat orange ship. I can understand the swap from green to orange since you're obviously not supposed to leave the planet in the green ship, but why tf was the purple one docked in there

Damn watching every RAC run since gdq 2012. They have improved a lot thanks to xem. Crazy this would be 2nd place WR if done by anyone else haha.

Configured One having the game be long for me to complete makes me play it longer. Which gives me more time to look at ratchet walking. Which I love

Up slopes, gILJs become a lot easier. The steeper the slope, the easier they are, up until they're as easy as regular ILJs.

Tip for the pokitaru hover boat parts, just hang off the side next to the rear left hand propeller, the boat will still drive and the fish won’t jump onto the boat, figured that out as a kid I hated that part

I like that you only fight 1 real boss

I remember the first time I played this game... I got hard stuck at black water cuz I didn’t realize the hydrodisplacer path so went out of my way to grind all the way to owning a RYNO in black water just to see if I could break my way to quark
