Dead Rat is one of Reaper format's most iconic decks, but does it still hold up?

Reaper is the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Format based around the SJC Long Beach held in March 2006. Using the October 2005 ban list, many of the most powerful cards from Goat are gone, making a lot of cool new strategies viable. While Stein OTK decks are pretty powerful, they are one strong strategy of many, and the format is still a blast to play.

I had a question that I thought might be interesting enough for a video. What do you think are the most and least skill intensive formats? You could do half the video on formats you've covered and half on just the history of yugioh as a whole or maybe just mention other formats briefly that come to mind buy i think it could be really interesting albeit entirely subjective. I think in terms of least skill intensive formats like joey-pegasus and breaker come to mind simply due to the immense sackiness but it would still be interesting to hear your reasoning why even if you don't think those formats are the least skill intensive. It would also be interesting to hear your thoughts on if formats like chaos and android fall in the opposite end because they're tier 0 and so have less variability or if formats like fiber or critter are more skill intensive due to the the more control oriented playstyle while still being much less explosive than future formats. Would love to hear your thoughts even if it's just a comment in response.

A very good idea for a video! I won't answer it here as I'll save that for the vid, but I will say the video will likely be restricted to just the DM era

Shouldn’t you last will before your monster is destroyed to use it?

In this format, you can use last will after a monster is destroyed. I think they erattad it later, but I'm not positive. It used to be a much more busted card tbh

As MDZero says, in this format you can activate Last Will before or after your monster is sent to the graveyard
