9:23 Nice to see you already know many instruments. You are right about Taar but I couldn't see or hear any Seh-taar (and by the way Seh-taar is different from See-taar that is an Indian instrument). I guess the flute thing is Quomsheh (or Ghomsheh depend on your English phonetic) which has a very similar sound to Ney Anbaan but with fewer harmonics.

The instrument is called Ghoshmeh. It’s played using a technique called circular breathing which allows the artist to play continuously without stopping.
