You should add language to it, like NLP, if you can...
Amazing robot! I’m disabled back wise. I love the things it can do! Now just need to make the size larger. I own a CNC. I could maybe have someone cut out some pieces for me for part of the shape. What I am not familiar with is all the electronics. Like, possibly wanting it to be controlled with wheelchair motors to move some heavy things around the house or yard for my wife. Lastly, couldn’t using something, for faster processessing of more detailed information such as using 3 different webcams being processed each separately on their own pi4 as well as 1 pi4 processessing best vision between the 3. By utilizing algorithms to even make more educated guesses than just 1 processor. Best US area companies for everything robotics??
Awesome project
so cool, amazing
Hi, thank you for clear explanations and share all hard worked things as open. How about auto driving in entire house ? Path detection with analyzing environmental obstacles. Without falling from edges of end or sides.
Superb rover
Great job man! How much did the project stress the RAM of your Raspberry?
That was amazing. Please suggest me some more interesting AI + embedded projects ...
Great project, which Operating System are you using for the Pi
Bro I know about ardiuno, rasberry pi, IOT Now how can I learn to build these types of robots Can you please guide me what course should I learn to build these. Types of robots
This is amazing!!! Does it remind you also of Rover from Wonder Woman? It also brought her objects and moved around, but it had Artificial Intelligence in it for personality and NLP.
Awesome, great job, How did you achieve that fast response to object detection and robot movement actions? Usually if you make fast moves with the camera the object detector model doesn't work really, normally you need to do really slow movements to the object detector works well, and how do you handle false positives? Like a cup that is really far away but your model display a bounding box almost the same size that your camera resolution.
simply genius
Complimenti ottimo lavoro.
It will be more awsome when this whole thing can be implemented in a robotics arm if possible plz make a video on it as well
Great project bro .how did u power this Rover???
Amazing project, turns out even I have a similar idea for my engineering project, my rover is equipped with mech arm and pi cam for detecting specific dry waste and collecting them in a specific location, and i needed serious help with it and also keep my budget low, so I have some questions, Can i carry out without coral accelerator, and voice recognition??
thanks brother
grate video brooooo❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi thats really cool! What happens when you turn your back and start moving after giving the follow me command
Epic!
*creates AI rover* Rover: What’s my purpose? Me: Pass the butter.
great man
Nice, can u tell me how you did the collector
Just awesome! I need to build me a bot that can fetch me stuff like that!
I just ordered a raspberry pi smart car kit (comes in 4 days :D). I'm hoping to make it into a personal assistant. I'd like to implant conversational AI and do some fancy stuff with other types of AI to attempt and combine all their networks into one for a super smart robot.....whether or not the pi can handle that is yet to be seen lol I'd strap a GTX 1660Ti on it if I have to lmao
BTW I'm wondering if for sake of simplicity a raspberry 4 (4gb's RAM) could replace the raspberry Pi 3 and the Coral getting all in one.
Can you do a budget friendly robot and i loved the robot
Hey man, how did you implement the exploration code ? And how does the robot knows, where the object specified is located?
Which distance sensor did you use? Cheap one or $170.00 sensor? Brand? Please kind sir.
Awesome
Hi, I am a big fan of your work! It seems that snowboy is not supported anymore. Now how can I proceed with the project?
Thanks man imma make BB 8 out of this
Excellent Project, I have a similar project design in mind, could you please tell me how to add navigation in the rover, for example bringing a cup to a specific location in the house such as the sofa, kitchen, etc. ?

[Continuing] Over a voice command?
It can be performe with google coral dev board by replicate raspberry pi and google coral USB accelerator?
I got a question is there anyone writing code to integrate things like voice face and distance recognition as a singular way of understanding its environment
Can you do a full tutorial video
Can you update the build of the project,I need to know how made the wiring betweend the dc motors and pcb's
I want to build this robot for my final year project,I have only 1 problem, how I wire up all the electronic parts?
When we will get next version of this video please upload it fast
can i use jetson nano for it?
Can you please tell me how much it costs for this project?
How many time you needed to finish the project ??
hello sir sir i dont know how to use google coral. can you please a tutorial on google coral. thank you sir.
Can the same thing be than using arduino
Does anyone know if the Raspberry Pi Pico handle this project???
I like your videi

Sir we can use arduino
Do you have website for base track wheels and parts website? I need electrical engineer to select electrical items that attach and regulate truck battery power for strong wheel motors I will use (truck windshield wiper motor(s). Also on the lift arm to pick up heavier objects. I will design /weld light steel frame and robotic arm myself.
does this project work with the pi 3?
Sir, How can I implement Face Detection in SSD MobileNet keeping the standard coco objects? can u help me ?
The instructable link doesn't work anymore i think btw it's really cool!
Sir I have a question How we save money to buy the parts and device for making Robot 😭
Please make video how to make this robot
Does anyone know if this can work with arduino as I don't have raspberry pi
very practical design, gee this would be a great riding lawn-mower-robot conversion project? thanks :) warning, warning Will-Robinson...the grass needs mowed and not to be "losted in space" with computer vision! :/\
I am working on a robot that is going to detect landmines so this computer vision and image processing can also be used to differentiate between a simple metal and a harmful metal e.g Guns etc isn't It?

That super cool! Good luck! Yes you can use a similar computer vision pipeline but you’ll want to use a different image ML model. Perhaps even a different camera since rgb cameras aren’t the best at detecting different shades of gray. (Look into ir based cameras too)
version 2 with jetson nano
what will be the total cost for building this
Can you teach me how to make this robot
Hay man you done very nice work. Can you please give me ta pin connection diagram for the setup.
Is this 4GBs or 8GBs? I’m trying to make one for myself
Wow...
But python is an interpreted language, how are you able to use multiple threads for multitasking like face recognition, distance ultrasonic sensor , voice recognition and motor gpio controls!? Please illustrate a bit!
What would be the price of a device like this ?
It could be great if it can talk
what is the price to make this whole robot
What was the total budget of this project?
Wow, very nice! I came here from the Adafruit tweet, but Subscribed to your channel. Great work! One question I did have - do you have to be at the same level of the Robot (sitting) for it to "see" your face? I'd imagine putting the camera on an actuator & allowing it to tilt upward would help that. Could the same code that checked left & right boundaries be used to check for top / bottom, and adjust as necessary?

Nevermind, I didn't read over the Instructable write-up before I asked. I see you have this covered there. I withdraw the question.
Where can I buy this ?
