Rasgulla is always a part of our tradition of Odisha since ancient ages. There is a Parampara that when lord Jagannath with his siblings return to Sri mandir then Goddess Lakshmi is so angry and doesn't opens the main gate because lord Jagannath didn't take his wife with him on the Rath Yatra. So to convince her/to allow him & his siblings to enter into the temple lord Jagannath serves Rasgullas to his wife as a treat & Maa Lakshmi gets happy and let them inside the temple. That day is known as "Rasgulla Diwas" worldwide. So Rasgulla is originally a part of Odian culture since ages. But anyways thanks for promoting our culture.😌

Your culture 😂 whatever rasogolla of bengal is more famous and popular odisha ke rasgolla hote hai ye pata nehi jadatar ko. Bengal is the land of sweet and literature and revolution. Rasogolla is authentically origin from bengal and having proof and GI also. We don't believe in unseen. Tumhare jagannath dev ke wo mithay alk tha aur usko hi rasogolla bolne lag gye wah bhai 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣. @@sanjayaransingh972 No, Nobin Chandra Das, a Kolkata-based confectioner, invented the rasgulla in 1868. Das spent three years experimenting with the recipe, which is made from chhana and has a spongy texture. Some odissi dogs are still barrking that Netaji and rasgulla is not Bengali thing. Rosogolla and Netaji was, is and always will be Bengali.

Pardon to inform, Rasgulla is an traditional Odia sweet (Belongs to Odisha, India) not to Bengali, it is a sweet of more than 1000 year's back and On 29th July 2019, the registrar granted the GI tag to the State of Odisha on 'Odisha Rasagola'.. Proud to be an Odia.. Jay Jagannath🙏☺
