Totally agree with one thing, " No pain ,no gain" like u said unless you are broken, shattered or dissolved you dont search answers , you become a seeker only through pain. Dukh mei sumiran sab karein sukh mei kare na koi , jo sukh mei sumiran kare toh dukh kahe ko hoye " So in a way pain is the pathway to the eternal truth. Pain should be valued more than pleasure.

Thourouly enjoyed every moment.Much Love and respect. Just to add to the question that was posed around dichotomy of being non dual and atvthe same time how to differentiate between good and bad... In my view once you realise rhat every thing either is one or has alife of its own...one wudnt even bother doing anytging realising that we are a mere cog in the wheel....and universe is at play. The nere fact that we think we can "do" something comes from the ego. This essentially helps us do what we do in the world. You totaaly surrender and watch the song and dance of universe that includes good and bad ( from ideology perpextive ofcourse otherwise there is no such thing) The other interesting aspect to explore is also you find out how do one decide a good or bad or whatever....answer would be more likely senses plus knowledge gained through yhem and some bits of knowledge existant in our dna ....all of it you can argue is "information " ( inputs)that feeds the decision making and the outcome of which is notbib our control always. Input not in our control (our so called knowledge and our DNA). Output not in our control ( i.e we can plan but cannot always ensure results in our favour " karm karol fal ki ichha nahi"). So than question is what is in our control? Answer for me is nothing. This dosent mean we stop doing anything because you woudnt be able to as your preexisting disposition will anyway not allow you to do that, yiu will operate as your programing is telling you to ... Once anyone analysis this for themselves you realise the power of universe and best way to than leas your life is as Ramesh Balsekar puts it beautifully " live as if you have a free will knowing it is not". Do what you can and sont fret about results good or bad that is universes business none of ours. Senses are too weak for anyone to anayse this and reason there way tobunderstand universe. For me this is a true surrender.
