I love skinny, non oversized tires!
Where is the rust, that thing is solid and still has the rear fenders.The things some take for granted that others dream of having.

Bronco’s are off-road masters! I’ve seen plenty of stock looking ones doing some gnarly rock crawling out where I’m from, and holding up! Just strong/great looking rigs! Only the old school ones however.
I am only half way through this video and this is hands down the greatest thing i have ever seen!!!
Love the 66-77 bronco.... Not wild about the straight 6 but id take that one.. A new head gasket would do wonders! I like the simple rock sliders....and uncut rear quarters!
"The Fogger" to rid mosquitoes or a Diesel....haha

The loose steering pinch bolt caused it to stop burning coolant. Tightened it back up and it started smoking again.

Should i get a samurai or an old cherokee?
@4WDTrek
3 жыл бұрын
I absolutely loved my old samurai. But it was not very comfortable to take on longer distances. It could go over almost anything stock but was a really bumpy ride. If you want something comfortable, be prepared to spend a lot of time and work on it. The cherokee is a good platform as well. It is bigger but is still a relatively small rig. If you plan on driving it for long distances to trails or camping and things of the like, get the cherokee. If you plan on making a trailer queen that you take on a trail to trails, get the samurai!
Broncos are great beatem ups unless your activity out to kill your bronco it'll keep going for you.

0:59 - Mosquito Abatement Vehicle?...
I think the mosquito population is smoked out for awhile 😆
Is the white smoke for the cold wheather or is for a bad combustion?
@4WDTrek
3 жыл бұрын
Likely a blown head gasket with THAT much smoke blowing out. A little bit of white is normal in cold weather. But when it billows out, then thats coolant burning through the engine with a bad head gasket.
Ok mosquitoes weren't a problem up there because the bronco fogged them out on the way up.
Rusted... Lmao.
I wonder why a 4 speed was never offered in the original Bronco?

"that bronco is the sole cause of global warming"
That amount of smoke is just painful to watch. I'm a big fan of off roading and I know there will always be pollution caused by any sort of car, but this is just irresponsible and sad to see. Absolutely destroying such pristine forest and water. Well it's 'murica, so can't help it.

So let me guess the premise here. "Hey guys, we have this old Bronco that we're gonna get running and do a few mods so we can hit the trail. And we have 3 days to do it." On a show that comes out once a month. And that's why I didn't renew my subscription. Because there are too many episodes that feel like they're mailed in. Like they don't even want to be bothered making it in the first place. Check out 4WD 24/7 if you want really good offroad stuff.
