I also heard a Spanish version by a Mexican Rock group that recorded it in the 60's. The name of that group are Los Hermanos Carrion. Their version is also found here on Y-Tube. Buddy and his songs are so very very very speicial you felt somehow he must have servived that which should never have happened then.but these things seem to happen too much in this world.
I really like that. Psych rock tune easily
Beatles covered this, they loved Buddy.
I wish most that Buddy could have contributed to the psychedelic music of the 60s. I feel he would have done some beautiful work then as his music evolved.
Beatles "For Sale"
Great and it sounds like he was using aa acoustic guitar instead of electric
Wow! How did find this? So cool!
Os Beatles gravaram essa música!
HEY. BUD. ITS. BUDDY. PAL.
To say I have a man-crush on Buddy would be a classic understatement.
I detect a slight hissss on the playback.
Is it really Buddy? Or is it a bloke from England who is known to do these type of things like he did with 'Stay Close To Me and Fools Paradise'.

Too bad it sounds like the tape got close to a balk eraser. Thank GOD it survived.
Had he lived Buddy Holly perhaps when he was somewhat older, tall and lanky governor of Texas, if that was successful then the white house, that I'll be the day!
…….mmmmmm…….💋🎶
covered by the Beatles
Sounds like shoegaze.
where did you find this?
I always thought this song was errie. that doubled voice makes it sound ghost like. very strange recording.
Me gusta más ls versión de los Beatles 😅😂
Way, way, way, way, way better than Elvis.
It sounds like the sound of a burning plane in the background
