Enforcer is rare because it’s heavy and will give you armor

You need 4 stars wanted levels, then the enforcer car will spawn . Then go to your nearest safe house and make sure that they follow you. Then make them get out of the car and quickly save your game. Then you will get the enforcer parking near the safe house😊. I got every single rare cars btw

The Enforcers don't spawn on 6 stars. On 6 stars Rhinos and Army trucks spawn.

Sand king, Dune & Bloodring ranger that's ain't rare i think because it has specific location to be founded & will definitely spawned parking there (Radar Dish & Stadium) isn't like Bus not the Coach..well it's kinda hard to find, it's has some spawn locations & you need to be patience wandering those locations for several minutes to get this one.... That's why everytime i get the bus i always save it in the airbase because it's pain the ass to get this one

Don’t forget the Phoenix also is a rare care to obtain
