The Senate hearing on Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) in Central Luzon cited Mayor Alice Guo of Bamban, Tarlac, and seven others in contempt for snubbing the hearings. Additionally, the hearing unveils that former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque is the ‘legal head’ of recently raided POGO Lucky South 99.
