If your saying that the DA had no evidence to convict you 2 and your friend takes a plea , then he's basically dry snitching you out because you wouldn't have taken the plea or admitted guilt? Would it be different if he took a plea an only admitted that it was himself and only him taking you out of it ?

How is taking a plea snitchin? You’re admitting to YOUR role in the crime. 🤣🤣🤣 they just want a conviction. That doesn’t always come with snitching.

@@JT-ev5jh Your examples are true and on the outside world that's what normal people do but in jail where there's a different set of rules apply its snitching! You have to remember here you're not dealing with a bunch of road scholars and mostly dealing with some pretty swanky people! For example you and your budy go to a store and your friend shoplifts something from the store. You get pulled over and the right thing would be for your friend to say, " it was all him and you had nothing to do with it... but he doesn't. The police ask you if the stuff was taken by you ? Well a natural reply would be "no I didn't take anything !" By you saying that your basically saying that your friend did ! By that your dry snitching him out because the jail mentality is your both supposed to stand there stupidly saying nothing to the police! But this mentality is only found in jail... No where else would anyone say you snitched! The reality is your friends a punk for not admitting guilt ! There's so many gay Is policies in jail , where half the time it really matters who you're in jail. In jail roommates make people tell on themselves all the time, especially if it comes to them loosing privileges and the whole room getting lugged to CCU. IT'S ALL A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT POLICES AND NONE OF THEM MATTER IF YOU'RE NOT IN JAIL !

@@swaggertt3106 accepting a plea deal is an admission of guilt to SOMETHING and at very least EXTREMELY incriminating. You're literally pleading guilty to lesser charges right.?. so if you have co defendants on a case... depending WHAT you PLEA OUT TO.... you could be incriminating THEM as well by association. If you directly or inadvertently provide insight into MY CASE by incriminating yourself then you're inadvertently working for the prosecution 💯
