As a black male. My parents told me I have to be twice as good as anyone else to get the job and that's how I live my life. I feel tiger/em felt the same. Anyone who breaks a glass ceiling out shines the predecessor. To get there you had to be twice as good. Now you're there, you finally made it but the preparation made you 2xs better than everyone else so you catapult to another hemisphere
@KnoxHill

That is well said 👏👏 Exactly. It’s not good enough being the same level as everyone, you have to go above and beyond and walk with that chip on your shoulder. But that’s what separates Em and Tiger and the elites and the mentality they have to keep working, keep winning and never stop
@CrazeeAdam

oh yeah for sure. Em got looked over tons really, Dre took a risk on him really with him being white, since the last "good" White rapper was Vanilla Ice kind of. >.> or Everlast/House of Pain I guess. But neither of those were really that well received...it's tough breaking through barriers, it always is. But determination is a hell of a thing. hope you're doing great my dude
The line that keeps hitting is 23:05. "But truthfully it was never really you and me exclusively and there's too many new MC's you can choose between" Like it's very very true, but holy fuck it rhymes so fuckin good.
20:20 - why we consider Eminem as the GOAT, not one of, but THE GOAT. Also a message for those who think 1.) Eminem is irrelevant 2.) Eminem is overrated 3.) Eminem only lives off diss tracks and fast rapping. But if you really understand what he said and start respecting em after this message, it would mean you have a brain, which none of the haters have...so it's a... paradox

And this is only america. ffs Em exploded hip hop world wide. for some odd reason americans think they have monopoly over this. without Em this music would be contained to america for a couple of years and then die down.

You should really listen to the album in order. It's like every song relates to the previous one in either instrumental or a continuation of theme. Super cool to see that. Especially when it gets to the Key skit.

I have heard the clean version of Guns Blazing and the only way that you can hear the guns in the introduction is by listening to the explicit version they are not there in the clean version
At 18:10 " We crowd around the TV, Butter in his underwear and socks When Nani was con-artisted (yeah)" Hes talking about DJButterfingers, Djbutter fingers was the DJ on soul intent. Hip hop not giving him respect after over 20 years is disrespectful of itself. We all know that if Eminem talks about a girl, it's not about a girl :D Also Ty Dolla $ign's hook here is fire, his voice is so cool for these types of hooks.

I don’t understand why people hate every new thing he puts out. This album will be called a classic in future years.
You always talk about em hitting in between precision and stuff, I'd love to see you do a video where you rap a verse on and off the precision hits and shit so we can audibly understand exactly what you mean, that would be so dope to see from Professor Knox! 🔥
Yes!!!! Been wanting you to react to this song!! Mainly for the "loose of her/lucifer" line/bar
You are the best bar breakdown channel I can find, I hope Eminem comes across this! He would be proud!
Hey knox so happy for this reaction i havent see yet but watching now but this is the one ive been waiting for

If you really love & appreciate rap you could never undermine what Em's done for this genre! He really halped make it popular outside the outskirts. He is schooled on rap to the point he looks like a nerd in the eye of the unknowledged. Thank you,for giving him his 🌹 Also at 23:32 you were completely right Fav bitch is right before Guns Blazing 😁

Always, great reaction bro... The heavy bar requires a heavy breakdown and you never fail to do so bro.. keep it up.
Loved the reaction but loved your rant at the end even more... would love some more rants about rap and hiphop culture from your perspective...❤❤❤
It’s crazy how many people can relate to Eminem, I feel like people especially “some” young people say Eminem ain’t shit but the fact is I think some people say shit because they can’t do it so they choose to talk shit so what Eminem did for the culture nobody can ever take that away an I like what you said before on your recent video you said “ If people are better than you at least then they definitely can’t critique Eminem but for those of you who are young an do respect Eminem for what he has at least done respect for you ✊🔥 Knox thank you again for the great video it’s always nice to have another mc’s perspective on things like this

You and the Third Ernest are my favorite breakdown reactors!
The "I think of my struggles and get emotional, could because of how far behind the 8-ball and far in the hole that they put me." Is also a reference to a measurement of cocaine and being late with a payment, possibly meaning his mom had him buying her drugs. That i am not so sure about, only sure about the reference.
Random fact love the eye behind
the last talk is meaningful for me a non english speak country to understand rap culture . i really appreciate you man .

And again .. Knox Hill makes me love an Eminem track that I did not like as much before. You are doing (Rap) God's work. Preach!
Coming up with bars like this is far from easy but when you start to write for a certain time you start to understand it’s easy to them because they’ve done it so long but also some people just have it naturally but we as lyrical rapper and mc’s can always improve which is why I continue to listen to see what I can change about my lyrics an my cadence with that said Knox your an amazing mc and Eminem is awesome Thanks for the video I enjoy your break downs homie keep it up
🔥🔥 break downnn
Nice job on the intro 🔥🔥
Just got Ur album. So far it’s all hits in my mind
@Knoxhill going off of how this song ends with gunshots and how guns blazing starts with gunshots because guns blazing is right after favorite bitch, it's very similar to on side A where unacomadating (cant remember how to spell it my b) ending with a gun being chambered and the next song you gon' learn starts with a gun shot. If you listen to the end of unacomadating and let you gon learn play right after it sounds perfect. Surprised no one really noticed that
True em going in the game as a white rapper must have been hard but he knew how to deal with that. And as he said in Zeus black ppl saved his life, so Em is basically a legend and the best WHITE rapper ever.
