Very good review Thanks. I am using this headset for more than 2 years now and I can say it's pretty good product. Zero issue so far.

i am using this in a call center environment. The only issue with this is the headphone is the build quality. it feels really cheap. However, that was expected because the call center representatives were using jabra biz prior to this.
