Hi Toby, I decided November of 2023 that I wanted to use my 2nd amendment rights so I took a training class to learn about the LTC process. The next day after I went to the Lynn police department with my application filled out,my training certificate, and payment and was told I can’t just drop it off I needed a appointment so I said ok I would like a appointment please, they gave me a date which was April 16th 2024 about a 5 and a half month wait. Finally after patiently waiting I dropped my application off and was told it would take 2 and a half more months to be fingerprinted and 3 and a half months to finally receive my LTC. Now it’s been 3 months and I still haven’t been fingerprinted so far I have been waiting 8+ months and still waiting it is completely ridiculous and there is nothing I can do about it so frustrating. Have you ever heard of anything happening like this regarding the LTC process?
