@@Pidalin That is really unfortunate. The building of panel blocs in Bulgaria was banned in the 90s, thankfully we don't build them anymore

@@nOtstrO I am pretty sure you build them, but you don't know about that. Panel buildings is not nesseserly the same thing as panel buildings in communism time, but now in capitalism when every building is dome by different developer and looks differently, it's no longer worthy to use panel technology, that must be organised by state or at least city, like in Vienna or in Russian cities. Here in Czech Republic, we don't built panel buildings anymore (not in big scale like before) but some of modern housing estates are actually uglier and worse for living than old communistic panel buildings.

@@Pidalin No panel buildings are outlawed, now we build things called "Кооперации", they might look like panel blocs but they're totally different and more beautiful to look at

@@nOtstrO I don't believe you that panel buildings are outlawed in Bulgaria, that's nonsense, you must mean only some exact type of housing estates or something, panel system is used for many modern buildings, even for family houses, school, etc...you can't just ban that, every building has some concrete panels in structure.
