Hi. I've never dived before. This video makes me want to get into it. Is it a expisive hobby. Can you please tell me the name of that song Sean. Rapid bay is always a nice weekend trip for me too. Hope to find more of your videos. Take care.

Hi, Glad you liked it. I have a number of videos on my channel to check out. Diving isn't overly cheap to start but long term it doesn't cost much. For example diving at Rapid Bay only costs me the price of filling a tank which is about $10. To do your first course is around $600 I think these days. After that its buying gear that adds up but you can hire stuff initially. Mind you once you own it it lasts a long time. That song is called Breath by Tyrad.

hi awesome video. I have a question. I want to do this....or snorkel but am in some fear about sharks. How do you feel about this?

Thanks. Glad you liked it. I know its easier said than done but you don't need to worry about sharks. It would be like being to scared to ever cross the road because you might get hit by a car. Its an amazing world underwater so I would highly recommend facing you fear and get in the water. The more time you spend in the water the less scary it will become.

What a amazing film Sean! So beautiful! Which filter did you used for your underwater footage? Was it easy to find the Leafy Seadragon?

Hi, Thanks for your nice comment. I was using a Polarpro Switchblade 2.0 on a Gopro Hero 4 Silver. It is a big jetty so sometimes they can be hard to find but if you do a couple of dives you should find them. If you swim to the T intersection then swim to the outside of the jetty, then turn right. You will find some rubble laying on the bottom. Have a look around there. They are well camouflaged but they are also pretty big so not to hard to see once you find them.

Thanks Sean! Ill visit Adelaide around the 21st of Octobre. So excited to explore this dive site after watching this video! Did you used a red filter or magenta filter?

Hi, I used a red filter. I find it needs to be quite green before I use the Magenta one. Its a great dive. Just remember the closest airfills are Adelaide if heading there by yourself so take enough tanks. If going with a dive shop it wont matter of course. The Hobart wreck would be worth a dive but its very weather dependent. Every time I go to Adelaide the Hobart dive gets cancelled due to weather. Rapid Bay is normally diveable though.
