Rapid-acting insulins include the drugs aspart, lispro, and glulisine. These insulins work the fastest among all insulin types, with a peak around 30 minutes after administration. Clinically, rapid-acting insulins are usually given with meals to counteract the blood sugar spike that occurs after eating.

FYI - your other rapid a ting insulin video says that the peak time for rapids is 1 hour, not 30 minutes.
I would love to see videos added of other antidiarrheals such as Loperamide and Diphenoxylate. Also other laxatives such as bulk forming like Pysillium, stool softeners like Docusate, and Osmotics like Polyethylene Glycol and Magnesium Hydroxide. Your videos are really helping me in nursing school. Thank you so much!
