Something that should blow people's minds is that this was the first time Chinchilla had gone out busking

Reggae and Ska is big in the UK thanks to beautiful Jamaican people finding homes here and sharing their culture. We've all grown up listening to it to some level. He embodies the authentic soul of it. Chinchilla is a goddess! Love your reactions so much! ❤

Was buying white label Reggae long before it became mainstream always loved the sound. As Bob Marley confirmed when he was living here he wanted Reggae to be shared and played by everyone.

Chinchilla's singing voice is next level, so damn good, not forced, not shouty or screamy, just. damn. good.

Ren's smile after the last note just delights me, and Chinchilla is a gem.

I just love this performance and the fact it was Chinchilla's first time Busking, just brilliant. Great reaction and choice.

You nailed it on the foot loop. That's Exactly what he does..he basically composes on the spot and sets the loop up to play the melody and then just plays the extra fun bits as he goes.

I love their voices together

Ren is amazing, and Chinchilla is incredible. They're both so talented. Every time I see them I think this is about as close as I could ever get to hearing The Beatles or some other huge artist for the first time. Also, Chinchilla gives me some big time Janis Joplin vibes in this video. So good.

Fun facts chinchilla makes her own outfits. Just like Ren she's a true artist

Isn't it incredible the amount of styles that both ren and chinchilla live breath.

That’s right. I guess the song was super popular in the 90s but we missed the memo in the US. I wasn’t going to watch because it’s a goofy song name. But it’s def one of my favorites from The Big Push.

They both are the best live singers. Show cases their genuine talent and not a manufactured imagine and sound. Their sound is 100% authentic. They both have done some one take videos that are amazing

It's a loop pedal. You can record about 4 tracks at a 4:4 beat but advanced boxes can do way more. You can turn off each loop whenever you want and just layer more music on top of the loops. It's fun!

These two are so good together. Not just their singing, but their body language.

Loved the bassline that Ren played (think he used a bass simulator on his effects pedal) - perfect accompaniment to a reggae feel

I love these two together. I think Chinchilla is sexy as hell and I'm not into women LOL I absolutely love her style. You should see some of her videos she kind of has that steampunk thing going on. Yeah Joe E, it's a looper pedal. Fairly common place piece of kit for guitarists these days. Sounds like he's using a pitch shifter too. The wallet chain was a big thing for the 50's retro scene too. Alongside rockabilly music and vintage motorcycles. 😁

Yes, he's using a "looper" You basically start recording the loop with one button press, and lock it with the second. Notice his hands were free during the second verse. @Dovydasmusic uses a four-track one, adding the drumbeats in together, then adding keyboard and guitar as needed.
