I mean I can’t say that because grape st Crips literally came to New Jersey and introduced the gang culture.It was already bloods in New Jersey because of the west coast.So when they came to New Jersey they seen how it was and taught the local youth on the gang culture and just grew. The gang culture travel especially in Texas where most blacks from L.A grandparents came from the south.

DMV area(DC and DC suburbs in Virginia and Maryland) Philly Jacksonville Bay Area Boston Richmond Va These are the former cities that wasn’t on that but then changed over time Baltimore New orleans Baton Rouge Detroit NYC Jersey All the cities I didn’t name are the ones who didn’t have gangs until LA and Chicago gang members migrated to their area.
