Oh my goodness i was watching this late in the night and I screamed "PERCEEEEY WIIINS!"
I love both book series but if im being completely honest...... Percy jackson!! Percy went through hell (literally) and defeated the EARTH!! Harry Potter killed some psychopath maniac that was eating unicorn blood or whatever to get stronger. When percy over here killing titans, gods and the mother of the earth. And percy jackson books were a lot more entertaining than harry potter books in my opinion. J.k Rowling really isn’t the best writer, but she came up with a good idea that is famous. Rick on the other hand to me is a AMAZING writer, and I just overall enjoyed his books a lot more. Edit: I just reread both of the series, and I’m definitely going with Percy Jackson. The Harry Potter movies were actually more interesting then the actual books.

@the_Lovely_Artist I completely agree. I still love the Harry Potter Books but the Percy Jackson books never bored me. Compared to the Harry Potter books where I had to force myself to read sometimes... also Percy Jackson was more relatable and made you want to go to CHB and stuff. It was overall more exciting due to the fact that 90% of the time in HP they were in Hogwarts in the safety of the school. And Persassy Jackson AlWaYs WiNs! He got offered immortality for Hades’ sake!!

Oh gods... the moment this started I was blushing uncontrollably... these are my two favorite fandoms... the lyrics were not the best, and untrue to the personality to both Harry and Percy, but just the fact that this exists is awesome.
Okay so the last verse that Harry Potter sang made no sense because he has no brothers or sisters and Tyson is protected by Percy's dad and his mother is almost always at her house so Percy only has his friends to protect

"Brothers and Sisters" doesn't mean in this context what you think it means. In the 3rd book, it mentions that most of the characters are either half-siblings or cousins, and "Brothers and Sisters" could mean something like "Percy was treated like family at camp half-blood", like how some camps grow really close after awhile. Harry is insulting Percy by saying that he's too loyal about his friends, or "brothers and sisters". Not necessarily blood-related.
Well, Percy Jackson was offered immortality and refused because he loved annabeth. And he went to hell for her. And he stopped Gaea and Kronos. And he's really funny. And sweet. And half blood is more cool rather than in Harry Potter. You are only " half" a wizard whereas your parent is a god. And he killed medusa. You may have killed Voldemort three times, Harry, but take a back seat to Percy Jackson.

Read both of the series. Both amazing, But when I read the PJO and the HoO books I instantly feel in love with them! Sorry Harry! Percy won. The adult characters in Harry Potter were much better. Snape, Dumbledore, McGonagall, slughorn, molly, sirius are all multi-layered characters. Even petunia's hate towards magic is justified with her getting outshined by her sister as a kid and later losing the same sister to that magical world. Narcissa Malfoy despite being involved in voldemort's inner circles betrays him for her son's sake. Characters in Harry Potter actually change over time. If you tell 11 year old Hermione that 6 years later she will be on the run from a voldemort controlled government she would faint. An 11 year old annabeth is however as brave as the 16 year old one. Characters in HP have flaws. But in Percy Jackson they are perfect to the breaking point. Characters other than Harry have the choice whether they want to fight voldemort or not. Pure blood like Ron, Neville can easily side with voldemort and stay safe. Even at the end members of Dumbledore's army and Hogwarts teachers had a choice to go away but they didn't. Demigods on the other hand will be killed by monsters and titans whatever be the case so they have no choice whatsoever
