I know pirating films aren't always good, but Coyote vs Acme deserves to have leak of the full film online, just before it becomes lost media. Zaslav should be ashamed of himself like the board of Discovery and previous heads at Warner Bros in the past, he would likely end up in custody for tax fraud.

I fully agree with your opinions here. Ironically Warner Brothers is just like ACME, setting up their product to fail. It will be the biggest travesty in Hollywood history if this film is indeed deleted forever. Also releasing the film this year would have been perfect for the 75th anniversary of the release of the first Wile E Coyote and Roadrunner cartoon in 1949.

Appreciate the kind words! For sure, it would be devastating to erase this movie from existence. Reminds me of the rules Chuck Jones set in place for the Coyote/Roadrunner shorts. "No outside force can harm the Coyote-only his own ineptitude or the failure of Acme products." Warner are really harming themselves with this one.

Zaslav is by far the most anti-animation CEO Warner Bros had ever had. Coyote vs Acme being deleted, the Animaniacs were hit by a meteor and since then they (WB) act like they don't even exist, everything being done to Cartoon Network, and even before acquiring WB, he shut down the Hub Network, which aired reruns of the original Animaniacs and the original Tiny Toons and other WB properties. Why does Zaslav hate cartoons so much? Why does he have such a grudge? What did they do to him?

Unfortunately, Looney Tunes has always been treated badly by Warner Bros. One of the original warner bros actually thought looney tunes was Disney and never saw them. Warner Bros was always a cucked, insecure company.

At this point, someone should just leak the film. It’s really disappointing that money is more important to Zaslav and the other CEOs at WB, than a film that not only features one of their main franchises, but also got positive acclaim from test audiences and even was said to depict the Looney Tunes in the best and most genuine way than any other film beforehand has! As a fan of animation, movies, and pop culture, I hope this film sees the light of day, considering Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote are some of my favorite Looney Tunes characters. #ReleaseCoyoteVsAcme

Coyote VS. Zaslav

What about the fans that wanted to see it and were looking forward to seeing it? WB don't give a damn about their own products. Sad it happened to the Hanna Barbera universe just a short time ago. So it looks like looney tunes are seeing it's demise too.

David Zaslav knows less about show business than a bling alligator. He wouldn’t know a good movie if it saved his life! And as Honest Trailers said, “He would axe his own mother if it meant he’ll get a tax break.”

The real surprise is that the film got greenlit in the first place in this day and age. It's a cute idea, but a little one-joke for feature length, and 2D animation-live action hybrid movies went out with "Cool World" and "Looney Tunes Back in Action." Since a movie today needs to make three times its production cost to cover prints and advertising and break even, it's understandable that the studio decided it wasn't worth the risk. But it'll probably turn up eventually, one way or another.

I am SO sick and tired of people bitching over 'woke'. There is a difference between having a so called 'woke' piece of media, trying to forcefully push thru the piece of media some kind of ham fisted progressive moral, and movies which just ...cast a black, gay or female lead. Which are people that have always and already existed IRL. For a lead character who already WAS half the time, black, or female, or no concrete defined race or gender (Batgirl, Spiderman, Little Mermaid, etc). Being 'woke' is when a creator intentionally tries to make as many token characters possible with some forced blatant message about society and diversity to be its central core theme or plot, going out of its way to inform people about oppression or other views (which as with all tropes, isn't even always a bad thing, as having sincerity and a message in entertainment is often good and a learning experience for others, no matter its political leanings or even if the viewer always agrees, cos sometimes important discussions about societal conditions are had, even if it's a weaker film.) But to me, things like Captain Planet or Little Clowns of Happy Town, or pretty much any edutainment show for little children meant to encourage social acceptance of diversity, or any movie trying to teach about discrimination or discussing current issues in the news, is 'woke.' ....Just making a film about Batgirl, an already long popular superhero who is a strong female lead, or even a flawed Ghostbusters Reboot, that just by choice uses female characters instead, like it or hate it on whatever merits, that is not 'woke.'

Why not hire a hacker the get the job to leak the film

I think this will only end up ending with another company like Amazon buying out Warner Bros. Discovery, and then kicking Zaslav out of his position, replacing him with probably Jennifer Salke. Just like what happened to Warners' (back when they were known as Warner Bros.-Seven Arts) in 1969, when Steve Ross and the Kinney National company (which also owned National Periodical Publications, the publishing company that would become DC Comics) acquired Warner Bros.-Seven Arts on Independence Day. If that happens, hopefully this won't be so much like the Kinney buyout in that Amazon wouldn't close Warners' animation studio(s), which would most definitely not be likely. Mainly because why Kinney closed Warners' then-current animation studio in 1969 (and thus ending the classic-era Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies with the 1,000th short, the incredibly lame and incredibly racist Cool Cat short, "Injun Trouble") was because theatrical shorts, including animated ones, were approaching the end of a death spiral due to a decline in demand thanks to television, and by then, Warners' animated shorts were already on budgets so small that they hindered the animators' creativity. The Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies were well past their prime, as this was during the time they were pairing Daffy Duck with Speedy Gonzales, and even that pairing had already ended by that point with the final classic-era Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies short to feature any of the old Looney Tunes characters, "See Ya Later Gladiator", in the previous year. Kinney closed Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Animation and ended the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies to cut their losses.

We can expose Zaslav for the toon hating monster he is with this movie based on everything we know about him so far. I'd suggested this idea to almost everyone I know who loved Animaniacs and animation in general and they all say they would loved to see that and it fits perfectly. Maybe we can get Trey Parker to play David Zaslav and Jo Ellen Pellman to play Harper.
