I will say this, I play with VPN in Finland, namely Helsinki (due to sanctions), but if not for the sanctions, then most likely players from Russia would have reached at least the top 3. By the way, at least 1 foreign person uses Russia VPN to watch KZread without advertising, otherwise I just remembered the existence of advertising on KZread today.
