Mr.Morale is a slept on album. The bars in that album is just crazy!!! United in Grief 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. That is a hard album to listen to because it does have you doing deep self reflection on yourself.

I respect it, I just think Good Kid, Mad City was better than To Pimp A Butterfly

this dont even make sense bro, cole raps different topics, drake has some good love songs i grew up on, and kendrick raps more like a poetic type of rapping not just being lyrical. Thats comparing a blues musician to a country musician its all under the same genre or their subgenre but they all have different albums to intend to get different reactions. thats whats wrong with lists like this different song and albums hit different to different people. Enjoy the music if you dont then dont listen to it. Were going to make a list about KZreadrs making lists from food review lists to albums and were gonna throw them in there

I've never cared about Cole or Drake's music at all. They have some songs I like but I genuinely dislike the way they structure their albums. Nothing Was the Same is pretty good though.

Might Delete Later Whether you put Kendrick, Drake or Cole as your top album idc, just stop putting them weak albums at the top unless they are your actual top. TPAB conceptually was goated but from a music standpoint, it was weak, had too many excerpts and struggled to keep my attention to justify putting any of the songs other than Blacker the Berry or U in my playlist. But that's the problem with hip hop as of recent. Telling a story is fine but music's main job is to be pleasant to the ears and while concept albums tell great stories, they usually fall short in the pleasantry regard in order to tell them and that's the problem. So stop glorifying shiz just because the album you've only heard once or twice in order to decipher it told a good story...we have audio books for that or actual books 😂

@@kraken6940 I listened to it but it was good for a few listens and that was it. U and Blacker the Berry are the only songs from the album I still listen to. Like no one is going to let me have the aux cord if I'm trying to bump Mortal Man and For Free in the car. Tpab is only amazing the first few times as you put it together but that's it. It's funny how a large percentage of people claim to love it but when you check its album sales, it only reached Platinum(Which is a basic standard for good albums btw). Meanwhile Damn which I even put higher than TPAB is 3x platinum even though TPAB came out 2 years earlier than it
