F1 2012 is god tier man

I think the main reason that F1 22 isn't that high is probably because of EA's influence. I'm pretty scared ( probably most of us ) that the F1 games start to become the "New Version" of FIFA. Some of the things i really want in the Future F1 games is custom livery's for the my team cars, along with the real sponsors in game, you would have a custom livery and you could put a Ferrari, Mercedez or Red Bull logo in your car in a way that you're team is a satelite team.

It's all on codemaster honestly, these people proved time and time again that they cannot make a proper game. Same bugs hunting their games for years, focusing on useless features, handling getting worse and worse with each year... The fact that the game costs this much when it's mostly copy paste with game files dating to at least f1 2016 is a disgrace

When ea gets involved, it goes downhill. I play fifa even more then i play f1, and it is unbelievable how ea keep messing up. Insane

f1 2013 was trully biblical

F1 2010 had a lot of personality everywhere you look. A sort of unique, unforgettable identity.

That trilogy of games of F1 2018, 2019 and 2020 was peak.

F1 2009 is underrated af. With a wii wheel, it is a seriously enjoyable game, at least from my experience.

F1 2019 is my favorite game and I get emotional when I play it because of the nostalgia

knowing who EA is the golden age of f1 games are over and they will slowly decline and bring our expectations down

If you also included previous EA stint with F1, I guess F1 Challenge 99-02 [PC] would be 2nd biblical game.

I agree. F1 2020 is definitely the best of the series. No doubt. Sim racing nerds say that Assetto Corsa and rFactor2 have better physics. Yes I've driven them both and I agree. But F1 2020 is not that far away as the nerds want us to believe. Everyone says that F1 2020 drives more realistic when you have TC fully charged. Any opinion of that? Cheers. F1 2010 (arguably the best F1 game still to date, especially that soundtrack), 12, 15 & 16 are my favourites (Yes F1 2015 was dull, but league racing wise I fully enjoyed it!). Haven't enjoyed any F1 game since. Codemasters are slacking, F1 22 is dead! If F1 23 is bad, this series could fall off, it's already dying halfway through its life cycle this year, where-as it used to be an all year game!

All going well it will be. The first rumors of the game last year did say it would be the first true next gen game so hopefully that will indeed be the case as the game really needs a fresh coat of pain. Especially since for the most part F1 Manager actually looks better than F1 22

@@Taco_King00 I hope it's not, only because it will severely limit the game. The game needs a big lift but I do get that it would suck to miss out on the game. You could always see about getting a Series S, though I'd recommend PS5 all the way :) Also not sure if you are into it but I imagine the next F1 Manager will indeed remain cross for now so at least you will have that if that game interests you

Ive just started playing the earliest f1 game ive still got 2017 and am absolutely loving it im in the Sauber starting at the bottom doing a season then moving to 2018 all the way up to 2023. Having the right cars n drivers for each season is just perfect❤

More on the sequel to F1 Race Stars, it could be a game to open the mobile market properly, I think this game is perfect for the mobile. The hope for F1 23 being better and not missing the mark is just a hope, we are talking about EA Games, the most lazy gaming company ever now and they do have a lot of influence and not good influence.

F1 Race Stars is a genuinely great game

racestars should be on godly tier but tbh 2010 had the best atmosphere of any codies games even tho modern f1 games are/were (have not played 21 or 22 and probably not gonna play any f1 games under EA) WAYYY better, but all the menues, presentation and so on feel so sterile compared to f1 2010

F1 2014 was trash But somehow the modding community still active till today to make up-to-date mods F1 2014 so friendly with potato computer like mine and with their hybrid engine no wonder they can make many mods related to future season such as 2021 or 2022 that can't be done any other F1 game unless you play Asseto Corsa

Absolutely agree. I still think the handling system somewhat holds up.

I recently rebought F1 2020 and it has all the bonus Schumacher cars......I'm annoyed at myself for not giving this game more of a chance because it's a joy to drive.

I think we should view them in context of their release date too though. F1 2010 obivously doesnt e.g. look as good as todays games, but for the times it was pretty good, whereas if you look at F1 2022, yeah it looks good, but when you look at how other games look like Forza Horizon or whatnot then F1 2022 really isn't all that impressive. And that's basically ignoring that F1 2021 and 2022 are basically worse versions of F1 2020 where the main updates were kinda useless stuff noone really asked for like supercars...

2020, I had lots of issues with frame drops and stuttering. Not a massive amount but enought to be immersion breaking at times and my rig is a bit overkill for an F1 game, so it was frustrating. Smooth as butter with 19, 21 and 22 not sure what was going on in 20.

F1 2020 is the only game with 'fictional' track and Mahaveer in it, of course it is the best
