I mean, technically he’s still a kid. Yes he’s legally and adult and he has all this success but you’re not really grown up until your mid twenties, at least developmentally. I think it’s a good example that part of growing up is messing up. If you never mess up then you never learn. I’ve always thought that people were too hard on him for his mistakes. Being open about probably helps with self forgiveness

It’s not that he’s never done anything wrong, he has been a bit problematic and controversial in the past, however what matters is that he has acknowledged that and has apologised from his mistakes and is genuinely trying to improve from them. Even as somebody who’s not a big fan, I think that’s pretty admirable. Some people however don’t get that and want to hate on people for no reason.
