Thanks I was going to add Black to my collection but I do get bored easily. I have airblade and I think that was probably a fair review. Burnout 3 is amazing with the logitec pro wheel. Any ps2 ranking games video will get my thumbs up.

It's available in an enhanced version via backwards compatability in the XBox shop for what it's worth.

@@That_Handle Not sure what the improvements are - site doesn't give any specifics other than "XBox One X Enhanced". I'm assuming a graphical upgrade and widescreen. I don't think there's any cropping - there are small vertical bars on my 16 x 9 screen. I never played the original game, so all I can say is it looks pretty good on my 42" screen. There are screenshots on the site.

Let’s be honest, this video was an excuse for Jason to talk about Burnout

I miss Burnout 3 multiplayer so much. I hate this open world shit. Custom tracks built one by one are always more exciting and fun than racing in an open world. Also I remember hating Burnout Revenge because you could plow into the back of an ongoing car and you wouldn't crash.

I remember being ranked 30th in the world for about a week on Burnout revenge, Xbox live had just taken off and I would run home from work just to jump in and hold my rank! That's what I don't like about the newer open world version. Learning those tracks and where the public cars sat on each lap was really satisfying giving you a good advantage over the competition.

Played Burnout Revenge for the first time about a week ago, and it was a huge surprise -- when I found out I could just plow through cars on the highway and extend the timer, I couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes, I was having so much fun. I just started seriously collecting PS2 games, and it's awesome to discover great games I'd ignored at the time. Loved the video!

Where's Burnout Dominator? Or was that not Criterion? EDIT: Ah, developed by EA UK, strange.

The Burnout games were amazing at the time and revolutionary, they still hold up today and are better than a great deal of racing games.

I'd of ranked Black higher. Even though it doesn't have a great story it's just a lot of fun to play. Also it doesn't have the horrible regenarating health which has plagued games for years and contiues to do so.

Good style of video. Would like to see more of these in the future 👍

Great video Jason. Nice new idea! Also next to game series you could rank albums from bands you love. Like Maiden, Dream Theater, Megadeth albums or Ghost. I would dig it!

There has actually been a few old videos you made. Yup big fan even tho i started watching you like 2 years ago. Ive been through most of your older stuff aswell :) And in a few of them you have mentioned that you wanted to do a video on game series of different kinds and ive been waiting for this haha. I feel this format is the best way to do that. You show footage, comment on the game and rank it. It's awesome man! I would love to see a GTA ranking. There are even some psp games on that ;)

I remembered Saturday nights in with friends playing Burnouts crash mode, great times. Love Black too one my favourite FPS games from any era. Great video MJR 👍

Great list MJ. For me its difficult, i love the Burnout series, but i'd put Black at the top. Played that game so many times! Everything about Black is so well done. The graphics were ahead of its time, and the game has aged so well. The guns, the characters, and the story are so good. And of course how could i forget about the tremendous work on the Soundtrack performed by Hollywood Studio Symphony Orchestra along with Michael Giachino. It was a dream come true. Still, Burnout 3 Takedown ranks up to one of my favorites ps2 games of all time. Keep doing these series of videos!

Is this a new review format? I have a request either way... DO MORE LIKE THIS!!!! or point me in the direction of others you've already made like this. The way you talk about the games, and then the way the tier is set up immediately after is perfect. Easily your best vid in over a year.
