You might understand this. Phoenix Flame is a buff. The percentage depends on its energy. Originally, how it works is if energy is higher than 1/4, stat drops are cleared, and if your energy is higher than 1/2, status ailments are cleared. Now Jamiy buffed the move which in the future, 1/4 is going to be 1/10, and 1/2 is going to be 1/4.

Im pretty sure smoldering joy has its explanation under chartiki (its solar power from pokemon)

Great vid as always josh, Just to clarify two things: -Double Whack was said to also lose its high crit rate, so its not clear if it'll happen or not -Volkaloa's new ability is the choice band as an ability, as in, he gets a 50% dmg boost but gets locked to the first move it chooses, idk if this is what you meant but this is what i understood

I'm not sure if Volkaolas new ability is a built in Choice Band or not, but all I know is that it can't use any support moves. If the ability locks you in one move, that I am not sure yet.

Fun fact:Complete demo and double whack were actually suppose to have the opposite accuracy compelte demo was originally going to be 100 acc and double whack 90 but jamie accidentally flipped it

Cloud Nine is an ability from Pokémon that temporarily negates (but doesn’t clear) all weather effects when you enter the field. It’ll be useful when the weather-setting abilities get distributed.

Additionally, for Phoenix Flame, it’s lowering the threshold for the effects. Right now it clears negative stat changes if you’re above 25% energy when you use it, and clears status if you use it above 50% energy. It’ll be changed to clear negative stat changes at 10% energy and clear status at 25% energy.

I also suggest gust to falkyire and icicle traps to Jamie lol which are definitely great buffs cause no longer needing armor down to speed and levitross being able to set traps and be powerful. (Weaselin With Tear Down too)

Pretty sure gardrone levitate ability is gonna make it so it’s also immune to hazards Ability is great since items will change its typing to metal/fire and metal/electric (metal/ice too but those two benefit the most)

Deludrix losing Shakedown is better than it losing Vivid Sight imo, when Delu gets hydro pump, it wont miss / miss as much, alothough douse with stab already is like 100+ bp, and rain makes it around the same as hydro pump, but vivid sight can be good for not letting stuff like sb skelic and leviatross getting a boost for attacks / speed

Ive got a SA celesting that I use often, and the only two threats will be rouge assault and +2 supper effective moves. Just run heavy armor, pom, and a team with rejuvenate. You will win 8/10 matches like this guaranteed.

Indeed. I’ll probably be looking over all of the PvPs I made once the changes release and seeing what new moves/changes they’ve gotten, and adjusting them accordingly.

Thunderstrike+Elemental burst+Fire breath is resisted by only one loomian: Eleguana who is a really niche loomian so now its hard to counter zuelong. Yes ranged walls can beat zuelong but zuelong can deal with fews ranged walls loomians like Clionae,Jellusa,Stratusoar or Mirraith. I really don't like this change but no zuelong has not many counters.

Cinnogre shoulda got Pluvial but for Fog instead of ignorant (big sad)

An actually needed change is for nautillect to get a ranged healing move similar to vital jab. Then it would get atleast a bit better.

I'm considering quitting this game after that not going to lie, my problem with this whole bullcrap is that it does a lot of UNECESSARY "balance" changes that buffs some loomians... And nerf others, do you know what that means? All your hard work to get your loomians that you love so much because of how much time you spend on them and how strong you made them are going to be thrown in the trash can because some dumb developer decided that whole game needs to change because he feels like it. I'm going to give you an example of why i am mad with this, i am currently doing a zuelong pvp, i am still waiting for the secret ability to come, but all my time to get the secret ability will be wasted because the best benefit of the SA is that it gives zuelong strong fire coverage with fire breath, and guess what? ZUELONG WILL LOSE FIRE BREATH! I JUST WASTED MY TIME, YAY! Not only my future zuelong, but lots of other loomians from people that worked hard for will be just wasted time because they will become weaker than how the person created and trained it. So, do you know what i like about pokémon? It's that they create a pokémon and stay them how they were created, leaving them untouched and giving them new moves generation to generation and nothing else, they only nerf or buff something when it becomes REALLY broken, otherwise, changing that pokémon is completely unnecessary as i see it. The point is, you can create a pvp pokémon without the fear of it being garbage in the future since you know it will always stay the same in that game, the moves, the stats, nothing will change in it, everything will stay true as to how you created and trained it. Not only that, but they can't even be original anymore! For example, dart burst will change to be just a metal type population bomb, literally! They copied the exact same gimmick from the pokémon move! And many other moves and abilities will change to something that already exists in pokémon, some i can tolerate very well like the weather ones, but some are just straight up uncreative knock offs! I thought loomian legacy was supposed to be pokémon but roblox, with the main focus of being original, it's own thing, it's own gimmicks and maybe some from pokémon, but this is already excessive! So, i hope you do read this all, because if this load of unnecessary BS happen, i am most likely going to quit.

Cry about it, bud. These ARE GREAT balance changes, Zuelong is still good even without fire breath. Pokemon's Metagsme has too many problematic mons. This doesn't as much, especially when all of them are getting nerfed, and some already received them. You're just mad because you can't use extremely oppressive loomians. I mean i get you, zuelong losing good coverage like that is big deal cuz it cant deal with tyrecks anymore but most of the other nerfs were deserved like the trader nerf. Having extremely good braindead loomians isnt really healthy for pvp (though there was nothing braindead about zuelong having 1 coverage move to deal with a specific wall)
