3:01 Honestly, I disagree with that statement there. Chick Hicks caused a lot of cars to crash which is assault. One could also argue that he even committed attempted murder (particularly when he caused The King to crash). I mean, sure, Chick may not have been punished (other than receiving a lot of booing and having stuff thrown at him) despite what he did, but still, he committed assault which is definitely a crime. That's like saying Honest John, Gideon, Stromboli and the Coachman from Disney's Pinnochio are not criminals just because they got away with their evil actions in the film. Speaking of assault, that is a crime Jackson Storm committed when he slammed Cruz Ramirez into a wall.

16:07 oh nevermind, adding on he really isn't technically following it as he never had a choice in what to follow, it's like animal with it's instics because it is an animal who's way less intelligient or sentient it is capable of being better than that like a person and as such are considered accidents instead.
