Thanks for the Coach mention. Although I love and admire luxury bags, I choose not to spend thousands on a handbag. For me, contemporary designers such as Coach afford me the opportunity to buy quality items at a more reasonable price point. I appreciate when these bags are mentioned in a complimentary way. Please continue to highlight them whenever possible. They do have a substantial following. Great review, btw... Great topic!

Susan M - Me Too!!!! I’m a Coach (and even cheaper - Rebecca Minkoff) gal all the way! Some of the larger Coach bags are absolutely stunning and the quality is beyond excellent (IMHO). I still love these videos and admire designer bags but I just can’t bring myself to plunk down that amount of cash. Lol 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been a Coach fan for years. I even have some outlet Coach that I like. I'm not sure I would buy her bags even if I could afford them but I have to admit they are nice bags. People think I'm crazy spending money on a Coach bag but I really like them. I have several styles and colors and change them depending on the season and my mood. I have to wear a uniform to work everyday so a nice bag is something I get to choose and enjoy.

I just bought 2 coach bags and was gifted one recently. I now LOVE Coach!! I have a navy crossbody, a mini backpack and the Parker. Love them. I've showed each of them on my channel too. I'm a tiny KZreadr, so shameless or shameful plug here 😁😘 Anyway, regardless...I love Coach.

I agree, the so called luxury brands was too much expensive and I don't think it deserves the money we pay. I have got several bags from www.hqreps.com .They are amazing,,, but the price is only 10% of the real one. What can we say ?

Honestly, I didn’t become such a big follower of Shea’s channel due to the luxury handbags, I still watch the videos because I just love watching Shea (she’s great 💕), but these videos have taught me so much about luxury brands and handbag types and things that luxury brand lovers care about and I now have a new topic to bring up at work when I come across a women with a designer bag. Before I never would have known who it was by or what bag it was, but after Shea Whitney I can call out a good amount of bags and impress quite a bit of my customer 😏 However, I occasionally question if I should watch these videos because I get way too tempted to purchase her suggestions haha

That's a good point I realized that turned me onto designer bags for so long i only saw them as a way to show off you have the funds, but i didn't think that negatively because i still wanted those items myself, but learning which ones are worth the cost and how to find quality in the midrange literally changed my perspective on everything

I love crossbody bags and my trifecta is: a crossbody, with a top handle, and a back or front pocket for the cell phone. Thanks Shea!

I have several lamb skin Chanel. I understand your concern, I usually condition it after I use it for about two weeks. The leather conditioner I use is French made, very very good. The best I used. Saphire man’s renovator jar 1925.

LOVE the energy!💪🏼😊 Out of all my designer bags, my LV Alma BB gets the most cost per wear value! It’s my go-to casual day bag but still can be worn dressy for a night out. I have the Chanel Trendy CC woc and although it’s super beautiful in lambskin, I wish it came in caviar leather too. I still prefer jt over the rectangular mini because of the gold-tone bar on top that has CHANEL embossed on it. I gotta Shea😉, I love this video!

So... I knew the antigona would be low on the list because I had the same issues you're experiencing and I think just about everyone else that has the bag has dealt with them. It does get MUCH MUCH better. Keep using it, possibly stuff the bag between the handles or just randomly stretch it open every once in a while. The leather gets softer, the zipper gets smoother, the "teeth" get duller. Took me a few weeks but now it's an absolute fav. xx

Shea love these types of videos. Thank you for recommending the new Balanciego bag. I wanted to get the bag but was not sure if it is comfortable and light to carry on the shoulder. Mytheresa had a good sale on this bag and I did not get it. Now that you are recommending the bag, it is easier to decide if another opportunity comes up. Relatable? Not to me. I can't spend that much on luxury brands. My paychecks, while substantial, went towards my living expenses, almost entirely. I'm single and don't have another to depend on. I was lucky and thrilled when Coach went on sale.

Now I know ... you struggle with that and some don't quite make the grade! Thank you for sharing your top10 - best & worst about each! I DO love that purple velvet ... regardless! I require bags that will hold my wallet, phone, & large Jimmy Choo Rx Sunglasses case as they're too expensive to just stick in a bag unprotected! I ALWAYS wear them outside! And I wear progressives indoors! Cannot wear contacts for medical reasons. So by the time I get necessities in my purse, it takes a larger bag. Even when I leave "the kitchen sink" at home! shea...i got the same givenchy ...same size...same colour...and YES! i so agree on the gritting teeth small mouthed opening that makes things going in and out of the bag such a lot of work n fuss!!!

I think there was a 2-3 year period where the Pochette Métis being manufactured were flawed.....ie. glazing problems. As far as I know they are still making them and in the last few years the bags haven’t had any issues.
