And Arteta couldn't start him more this season once he was fully recovered. Martinelly can't stick to the bench like he did most part of last season. Really hope to see him next season start as our main striker if Aubameyang keeps being in poor form. Saka, Martinelly and Pepe can be a really good frontline, plus ESR being another great talent and promising young player that has already made his mark.

This is why you dont manage the squad. If he had rushed him back after his long lay off. He couldve injured himself worse. Like Partey did. You hear what Mikel says. He loves him. But you guys dont understand these guys arent even 21. And your asking them to play in the most physical league in the world. Now thats crazy to think they can play week in and week out. Everyone knows what talent he has. But watch in 2 years time. Gabriel will be untouchable. Because we were patient with him.

We should stop worrying. Martinellis going to get tons of game time this season. Arteta was right to not give him to much gametime at the end of this season coming off a long term injury. hes only 19 and will get many chances this season

Gabriel Martinelli is one of Arsenal's best young attackers alongside Bukayo Saka.

I hope this kid never leaves. What an amazing player.

You can hear it He's player for the present and not just for the future. Player for next season UCL chance. He needs more playing time. And also good coach who trust in young Talent. We have Saka and Willock with Nelson as well.

Seems that Emery was setting up for the future playing all these youngsters. He got the most out of them and we were actually winning

@@rayanderson1941 If Martinelli was given more game time, which was given to players like Willian, Arsenal could have won more games instead of having more draws/defeats. Therefore points were lost. (Willian had scored one goal for the club in the last season but how many goals Martinelli had scored after his recovery ?)

@@beelee3738 So if you want to use goals to judge them, then you can use assists to judge them, after Martinelli was fit. And I'm almost sure that Willian played less minutes after Martinelli was fit. Didn't Martinelli played in games that we either lost or draw? I know that Willian got too many chances, but it's just assumption that says Martinelli would have done much better. Some persons doesn't remember when he has bad games.

Never forget that Arteta benched this guy for most of the season, EVEN WHEN HE WAS FIT, to play Willian. That alone is a sackable offense
