Gonna defend Kaisa here. Sure people give her shit for being oversexualized for what is meant to be a battered up survivor of the void (she fits that bill in the cinematics so that’s my head cannon), but her personality from default voicelines is pretty good. Still able to be fairly optimistic despite her circumstances and kinda just happy to be here in nature and civilization. And she has some flair with stuff like the kill count and w landing voicelines, like she’s learnt how to enjoy the little things in life. The voice actress does a fantastic job executing on these concepts as well. In a game filled with bombastic and fantastical voices, Kaisa manages to have a down to earth but likeable personality/charisma

I just love Qyiana's voicelines in portuguese, I don't know what she's like in english but her portuguese voice actor does such a GREAT work I love her

@@mexcore14 Galio isn't a mage *technically* He's literally a huge magic absorbent construct that works by sucking the magic out of powerful mages. While the reason Garen's sword creates the ult sword thing is because it is made out of petricite, the same material Galio is made of. Which sucks magic into it and uses it against others.

I just think vel koz has really funny lines. He is a bit like an evil heimerdinger 😂. Like: “they scream…. Why?” Or “their limbs dont grow back?” Just the implication of him doing horrible experiments on humans and him just noting the result. They could’ve missed but it was a decent hit.

Tbh, no mention of LoR Seraphine surprised me The design and revelation from that set of cards honestly made me reconsider a lot of her character, her biggest problem was that she wasn't well integrated with Piltover and Zaun, her cards changed that, and we can clearly see where Seraphine the person stops and Seraphine the popstar starts

No, her problem is she's insufferable to listen to or look at. Lux is fing annoying, but her voice lines are positively charming compared to the barf inducing lines Seraphine has. Yes LoR improves her, but... I have a hard time expressing how much that champion annoys me. On the plus side, she's very satisfying to kill.

As a Twitch simp, I hate that they never use him for anything, ever. He's the perfect outsider to give perspective to the Zuan/Piltover conflict without the bias from either side. Sure, he hates both sides, but at least then he could have something. I personally want him to be seen as this urban legend thief that steals from the top of both Piltover and Zuan to show even they can be brought low but Twitch is completely oblivious to all of it and just goes to big house for big haul

Lissandra actually had a charisma of the Gods, her lore is perfectly done, her voice is just amazing, voice lines express what she really is, calm cold and composed

6:37 I feel like the issue with Leblanc is in order for LoR to make her design and character actually reflect her lore in an interesting way, they would have also had to have make her unrecognizable from her league iteration. It’s kind of Similar to how LoR Udyr didn’t use his rework design, Leblanc just needs an ASU.

Ivern's voiceline is the best. Not just his gameplay kits, his voiceline also drasticly change the perspective to the game and it's make playing him is always fun.

I think if Amumu was made into a yordle who was known as a famous explorer that would travel to far away places in search for information of the realm outside bandle city and make it so that he was cursed by an ancient artifact (maybe a world rune) where everyone forgot about him and he forgot how to get back to his home would make him be a far more interesting character.

as a main aphelios i have to agree that the charm in his character is actually because of alune, without her he basically doesn't have anything.

As a Poppy stand, I think Riot needs to let her story progress instead of remaining static. There is so much they could do with her but they just keep her in perpetual ignorance. Put her in denial or let her be insecure in accepting the role or give her a side kick to try and convince her. Anything would work.

Honestly, I never saw Heimerdinger Arcane as an antagonist. His rational thinking and caution over Hextech gave his character improvement. I understood his overly cautious behavior when Jayce and Viktor were working on Hextech and it sucks that he got kicked from the council so Hextech could be improved. Also, Viktor’s lines in LoL (this is just my opinion take it or leave it) make him feel more like Veigar. He's trying too hard to be evil but is still fine/cool. Also, I respect Kled being on top and that's mainly why I'm here🫡

League's roster is pretty balanced in terms of rizz If everyone had rizz worthy of the gods we would have gotten Hades

I love qiyana personality it fits her so well her overarrogance and overconfidence is so fun even though you can tell shes all talk

I am glad to see my two best boys, Kled and Ivern, in top tier. Also I didin't expect you to put Heimer that high, but I appreciate it, he's not amazing, but he's nice (in games, I can't wait to see more of him in Arcane). I would move Zoe and Ryze up a little bit. My friend is a Zoe main and I use her in LOR a lot, so I guess she grew up on me. About Ryze, I just like his concept a lot. His coplaining in LOL is relatable and makes his character more real.

I think there should have been another tier for "Would be cool but their character is still stuck in that Warcraft 3 DOTA ripoff pun hell" because a lot of old champions are like that because they were originally all Warcraft 3 pun machines but then they updated their lore and characters to be more than that but they still play like Warcraft 3 characters.

I'd bump Kindred up a tier, personally. Maybe I'm biased, but there's just something so otherworldly about them that other champions really can't compete with-Fiddlesticks gets close, but he doesn't quite hit the mark the way Lamb and Wolf do. I wish League would give them more lines, because the potential for character interactions with them is _massive._ It's genuinely a shame how underutilized they are throughout all of League's media, because they are by far one of the strongest depictions of "death personified" I've ever seen.

That childish blitzcrankskin with those pets inside needs a removal... i'm a blitz main since 2011 and i dont approve of such childish skins... i own every blitz skin but explicitly skipped that one. I'd also skip EVERY 'spacegroove' or 'poolparty' skin as they just dont fit the theme of the game. And i dont want this to become trash like fortnite

I hope that Quinn gets, well, anything. She does have a nice personality in LoR, a basic one, but it's nice, she is a scout, the first one to react and respects a lot her fellow scouts and she loves her bird. Maybe League should try to give her a bit of a overreacting on any movement like "I heard something" or "Something is twitching in the distance" but keeps her guard down when Valor comes in like in her jokes or in her ult. That would be nice.

seraphine’s voicelines, personality, and mannerisms especially the way she “walks” and moves all make her so damn annoying but man is she actually fun to play 😭 got her once in aram and i started trying to pick her in more aram games ever since, i love mages and enchanters and she’s pretty much both so it works a lot for me :o same thing goes for lux, annoying as shit but i love her playstyle and she was the beginner champ i chose so currently she’s my main :V her legendaries like cosmic lux make it a LOT more bearable to play her since i don’t have to listen to the annoying voicelines anymore, i love that skin a lot

I feel like Senna's personality is an Ex that says "This won't affect our friendship" and now she just makes more jokes about how you used to bang... Whereas Lucian is the Ex that nowadays does nothing but listen to My Chemical Romance and doomscroll through his Ex's Instagram.

I liked Poppy when they changed her lore and everything about her. That was the time when I was addicted to heroic people not acknowledging themselves as heroes or good people. I am happy that you put her personality at Fair, mostly because her story stopped and she's non-existent now. So you see what if Sylas saw Poppy? Then Poppy helped Sylas and her story actually gets continued and even better if Sylas actually convinced Poppy that she's the hero. Maybe some harsh words here and there but hey I want Regalia Poppy to be the Canon Poppy!

I disagree with his placement of Yuumi as well, but it's one of those "I get it" things. Most people hate Yuumi and I think her voicelines are cute, but cute lines from something you hate just makes them more hateable.

Seeing katarina placed at boring feels bad but the comic was not out when this happened so il give a pass

Qiyana personality is what you expect of her context. She was born brigth and gifted but always put aside, they discourage her from the moment she show potential, dind't understand why the royal court and family didnt give a shit about her, she tries to get more powerful and strong so people can see her but still no one give a damn about her, so obviously with the power she had and the zero affect showed to her she will use the strenght and arrogance to make her self seen and dont fall in depression (ok not that far but u get the idea) Is the tipical behaviour of a negelected child, but she has the power and intelligence to edure the lack of attention. Her methods are wrong but could have been a better girl if the family would've been there for her.

For anyone else who is being driven insane by that random tinking sounds that appears on Samira, it starts at 11:10 but it does eventually end around 13:05 If it is unbearable for you like it was for me, these are the champ you're missing out on in that section Shen Is Fine enough Lee gets Cool and Nicky predicts that he'll get the nest ASU Kha'zix gets Boring Kled and Kasante gets Charisma worthy of the gods Kassadin is What personality Irelia Shut Up And Jinx get Charming and after that thats when annoying sound finally stops

If we avoid the french joke on Fiora, I think she has a good personality. It isn’t very well reflected by her voice lines but she is actually fairly inspiring and cool without being too much. Her story is also one of my favourite
