Haha I’ve definitely gone through stages of dislike and love. But on my rewatch ahead of this video, I just really resonated with it 😅

@TheSandbox_Official it's the episode before the 4 episode finale and has no Ford in it also the storyline where candy likes dipper is just weird and it just feels like a scrapped season 1 episode

@@Firethorn.gaming LOL omg that's such a good point. Yeah they should have switched those episodes.
I feel like the video lacks your critique and your justification, there were some here and there but it's a rarity especially when getting to the top 20s. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your praises for each episodes but I want to see a deeper dive for the reason behind why one episode is better than the other. Me as a viewer like, I want to hear what your opinion is, what you hold to your heart, and the context behind your opinion. I feel like that's the biggest thing that I find lacking from this video.

Yeah that's usually my goal, but it gets a lot harder to do than you'd think when it gets to 41 episodes, without it becoming a 90 minute video XD If you like animation and deep dive critiques, I'd highly recommend my latest Animation Showdown video between Pixar & Disney. We definitely get into the nitty gritty there for 6 fan favorite films.

@@andyyy_cs2 You my friend are a rare breed 😅 But seriously, this year I've actually been putting out longer videos with more meaningful insights. Rick & Morty, Disney animation, Bob's Burgers. You'll probably (hopefully) enjoy those. Also my next video (currently editing now) is on Gravity Falls' worldbuilding! Hope to see you there!
