SO GOOD

Nice list, of what I've heard so far I would've ranked as it follows: 6 You fail me 5 No heroes 4 Axe to fall 3 All we love.. 2 The dusk in us 1 Jane Doe Although obviously checked some older songs I never really give the old era albums a chance to grow on me.

Solid! Just surprised at YFM so low. The early stuff is good but not lose to the post Jane doe stuff

Converge is my intro band into Metalcore/Mathcore/Hardcore....and yet they are still my favorite (Well Besides Between the Buried and me if they count) 9 Halo in a Haystack C Tier 8 Petitioning the Empty Sky C Tier 7 Axe to Fall B Tier 6 When Forever comes Crashing B Tier 5 No Heroes A Tier 4 You Fail Me A Tier 3 The Dusk in us S Tier 2 All we Love we Leave Behind S Tier 1 Jane Doe S Tier (My Introduction to this band and WOW what an introduction, was literally blown away by this album, one of the best albums ever)

Nice to see you like AWLWLB a lot too. Unpopular opinion, but it's my favorite album of theirs. Also unpopular, but JD is a little lower on my list kinda like how ATF is on yours. ATF is my second favorite record. Then NH and YFM. Not big on the latest record. The first 3 albums idk how to rank since I wasn't on board until JD.

I do think I may be a little hard on AWLWLB, but like I said it’s just one of those albums that if I pick and choose 10~ songs from it they’re like the bands best songs, but there are some filler tracks for me personally lol but yeah I even enjoy the first 3 so all their albums are good to me

Metalcore they fall into as they mix hardcore punk and metal together which as been done to death. I'm old enough to remember when it was fresh sounding and so very new, yeah I'm old lol. Old enough to remember when the hardcore punk crowd and the metal crowd did not mix together at all unlike today. I love this band. The Jane Doe album is a masterpiece. You should do a video one your favourite metalcore bands.

I haven’t listened to all of their albums yet but here is my list so far: 7. No Heroes (6/10) (Probably need to listen to this a bit more) 6. Petitioning the Empty Sky (6.5/10) 5. You Fail Me (8/10) 4. The Dusk In Us (8.5/10) 3. Axe to Fall (8.5/10) 2. Jane Doe (9/10) 1. All We Love We Leave Behind (9/10) 1-5 could change order any day, so this is how i would rank them atm.

Same! Top 5 for me are all perfect

I liked the variety on No Heroes with the variations and guest vocals. Curious if you heard the remix of You Fail Me and what you thought? The original mix sucked and kept me away from that album for a long, long time.

I honestly have no problem with the original mix. The remix is definitely better, but I didn’t think the original is necessarily awful or u listenable

First mix is better because it’s more raw, imo. But second is okay.

Wasn't expecting to get a notification right before bed! Perfect timing. Wasn't really on board until Jane Doe either, but I didn't really discover them until Axe To Fall era. Goddamn though, you really did AWLWLB dirty like that man lol jk but that to me is their most underrated album. Every single track hits so fucking hard. My favorite album behind Axe To Fall then I'd go with No Heroes, YFM, and honestly, I hate to say it but JD is still overrated to me as a whole. I'm surprised you have their latest album up so high man. Maybe I need to revisit it but I really only like the singles for the most part. Also, I wouldn't say that I'm a diehard fan even if I can rank the albums. I find that aside from AWLWLB and ATF, all of their albums have too many filler or should I say songs that just don't sit too well with me. They're certainly not a band that is easy to digest though so idk. Homewrecker is definitely one of my favorites too from JD, but Hell To Pay is quite unstoppable in my eyes. However, even though YFM isn't my favorite, I have to say that Death King is probably my favorite song of all time from them. Hard to say though, just too many rippers in their catalogue. Also, definitely need an ETID ranking at some point.

Ranking Converge albums is kind of hard but i will try my best 1. Jane Doe 2. Axe to Fall 3. All We Love We Leave Behind 4. You Fail Me 5. When Forever Comes Crashing 6. The Dusk In Us 7. No Heroes 8. Petitioning the Empty Sky 9. Halo in a Haystack Keep in mind that all the albums from #2 to #6 can switch in place any time of the week, not Jane Doe tho, that album is pretty much perfect on it's own

Is unloved and weeded out not considered an album? I’m so confused by that record bc i hardly see it mentioned anywhere

I tend to favor You Fail Me and The Dusk In Us. Axe to Fall always felt a little bloated and misguided to me but I should revisit it.

6 You Fail Me 5 No Heroes 4 Axe to Fall 3 Petitioning the Empty Sky 2 Jane Doe 1 When Forever Comes Crashing You have reason with AWLWLB ,if that album were shorter it would be one of the best, that's why it doesn't enter my top5. When Forever Comes Crashing is anxious, manic, angry, misanthropic, very agressive ... it's my favorite and what the band stands out in, which I enjoy listening the most.
