Hey Nev!! I'm loving the energy in this video! 😊 I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT FREE COMIC BOOK DAY! That's amazing! I can't wait for May 4th next year now, hahaha. I'm a Star Trek fan 🖖🏻🖖🏻 but I'm happy to hear about the Star Wars contribution now 😅. I've already spread the news to some of my friends who are big comic book fans, so thank you! What an accomplishment to read all these books! I've read other books by Bill Bryson (the one about Shakespeare and A Short History of Nearly Everything), and I totally agree with you about his grumpy tone and how his comments are sometimes funny. I'm intrigued by this one, as I was also traveling in England for about six months. I didn't know How to Train Your Dragon was based on a book; it sounds interesting as well. You've completely sold me on Shadow of a Dark Queen-it sounds great. I love your list! I'm writing down your recommendations and looking forward to digging into them. I'm excited about your upcoming video and to see what's on your TBR for the next three months. Thank you for this great video! 📖🦋

Thanks Nev! Nice wrap-up. Message received. I have picked Phantastes up again and am reading about 10 pages a day. So around beginning of 2025 we'll do our video... hopefully sooner!

Hello Nev. The only problem with watching other KZreadrs channels is that it only increases the tbr. So many books and so little time! Happy reading to you.

The whole Drenai Saga and all of Feist's Riftwar universe stuff are sitting on my shelves, and I agree with both ratings!

I've read the first 3, I would say that for me Fahrenheit 451 gets ranked a bit higher like Phantasies as it's such a touchstone l, just like Brave New World. I've ready 2061 too but couldn't get into it. Haven't managed to get to any Feist or Gemmell, but will consider seeing as you speak highly of then. Hoping to see some WoT on your next TBR :-)

Yeah, I wasn’t quite sure about 3 or 4 for 451. I enjoyed Brave New World. Re WoT, sorry not on next TBR but WILL be on the one after, Sep-Dec!

I found Lilith quite a hard read,,At the Back of the North Wind is very Victorian but I enjoyed it. The Princess books are children's stories and much more accessible very much fantasy as we think of it. I found them fun. So I think yes worth reading, there also a few collections of short stories that I enjoyed. I started because I wanted to see what C S Lewis said was a great influence on him

Of these I've read Legend and Phantastes, (I've also read Lilith, At the Back of the North Wind, The Princess and Curdie and the Princess and the Goblin by MacDonald so I'm a glutton for punishment.) Yes Legend is a 5star, no question. What I like about MacDonald were the ideas and the themes.

Woah Woah Woah....All reviews of Farenheit 451must be at least 4.5 ⭐⭐. It's like a rule or something. Honestly, I'd give it 3.5. Pretty good enjoyable read but not something I'm wanting to reread anytime soon.

Ha! Yeah, I was expecting something more. I think I’m just not a fan of Bradbury’s writing style
