Kudos to Preston for having entire end open for away team- so many stick people in corners with as low a number of tkts as possible

Cheers for your SWFC comment fella, the owls always pride themselves on taking big numbers to any away game- fans of other teams sometimes say the same. Agree with what you said about Plymouth as well, given their location they do travel well

Leicester fan here, been to most away games and yes that atmosphere was absolutely crazy that night from us, mostly due to the title win. First time to Deepdale and got to say your fans / club / ground were class to us night, they even played a few LCFC songs for us at the end after the celebrations, classy club which I wasn't expecting. All the best for next season would be great to see Preston push for promoiton next year.... think you guys have the ground and fan base for it!

The best fans I've seen at Elland Rd this season was definitely Plymouth Argyle. They sold out their allocation which is quite a feat considering the miles they had to travel. They were also great fun. I do like visiting Preston as my Father was from there and I'm very thankful for their very generous away fans ticket allocation.

As a Leicester fan I love the Preston fans. You guys were all so nice and welcoming and talked to a few of us before. Great fans

Noisiest fans at Portman Road this season IMO: Coventry City.

Plymouth, Sunderland,sheff weds, and obviously Leicester with the promotion party. They was the noisiest fans to come to deepdale. Agree with Leeds they was quiet until they scored the pen and then quiet again. Sheff weds bang on i agree totally they was brilliant and deserved it.

Wednesday fans were great at Loftus Road this season. Swansea pretty dull. But then both cases might be a reflection on how much they had to cheer about.

Great fun and entertaining video. Ta for respect to the WEDNESDAY away fans. Was going to say 'can you imagine if WEDNESDAY had been proclaimed champions' ... ! but then again they are pretty full on most away games.

Wednesday fans are an inspiration to all english football clubs home fans stay behind to watch what is possible in being a football supporter brilliant

Best fans at st,marry this season has to be Coventry kept chanting throughout the whole game with some decent amount of noise as well and the worst has to be preston small amount of people came down and made no noise but considering it was moved to a midweek game respect to the people who came down that night

💚⚽️At Home Park I’m voting QPR as best fans. Why? Each and every one was there to support their team and not give it the Stone Island large to the homies. 2nd Coventry. Sang just about all game. 3rd Swansea. Good natured banter all game. Mention to Borough who were decent. At the bottom 22nd Leeds. Too many absolute tools amongst them. 23rd Stoke - battered their own team at half time like I’ve never seen before. 24th Millwall, far too few, far too quiet

Norwich were fantastic at Home Park. Despite getting battered they sang til the final whistle, shirts off swinging them around, loved it. QPR and Swansea I agree, decent support. Thought Millwall were really disappointing, agree again! Apart from the 10-15 minutes doing there usual annoying hum, they were silent.

Plymouth were the best away fans at Birmingham's ground. Millwall were the usual anti climax and QPR were quiet as church mice. Stoke were poor too

Baggies, Leeds and Southampton made a lot of noise at CBS, Leicester bring numbers but not too many songs. You guys make noise too....well you always win!

Something wrong if you cant sell out an away end when your top of league. May be bias, but look at the rest of the sides in the bottom six. Owls double, tripled and quadrupled...them 🦉

i think sticking leicester above us from the fact they won the league there is quite harsh but cant complain , class as always from us especially considering we were quite comfortably bottom of the table still when we played you 👍👍

Coventry best fans to come to Portman Road this season

Leicesters away crowds have consistently been more passionate and vocal than even our own home crowds when we are at the KP this season. Obviously, last night was a bit of an exception due to the promotion party, but I still feel a high ranking is warranted, even if it wasn’t Deepdale exclusive.

I suppose it was going to be Leicester as we'd a lot to celebrate, so slightly unfair on the others, however it was a brilliant night, personally It was the perfect venue, Preston are a proper football club, no animosity or looking over your shoulder from the Preston fans, stewards were great. Even the leaking roof made us smile ... Sounds weird but I'm gonna miss championship.. Good luck Ben

Great and fair comments. I’m a tractor boy and Sheffield Wednesday were easily louder than Leeds at Portman road. Leeds have one song and it’s S H I T

Glad Southampton fans are up there. Don’t get me wrong we’re far from the best but we definitely have a reputation for having poor support which just isn’t true. Again we’re not amazing but I’d say defo underrated. Tbh I think it’s our home support that lets us down. Used to be okay till we got to the prem then all the tourists and glory hunters turned up with no intention of getting behind the team they were just there to watch a premier league match. Was very impressed with how many Preston fans made the journey to Southampton considering it was mid week and a re arranged fixture.

In fairness to the Rovers, we tend to be more up for it when we pay the bigger Lancashire teams, like Blackpool and Accy Stanley.

As an Argyle season ticket holder, the best away fans were Norwich (despite the 6-2 result!). PNE were poor! Leeds and Ipswich were lame too. Big surprises were…..Swansea and Sutton United!
