@@fyaily_32 do you think I didn't watch all of their performances as a fan? Fyi, I've watched all of their performances and even behind the scenes. Tell me what song and which part of the song did rora and rami supported C5 with solid support? And also all of them are too shallow to be in that level. As of now, rami, the best vocalist, is a D+, followed by rora D. I've encountered many babymonster fan like me, forcing me to believe to their wrong ranking and tiers but when I ask them why did they become a c tier, they will answer me "go and watch their performances and you will know". I'm sick of that answer, you guys spreading wrong information without even knowing if it's true or not and you can't even proof that.

Ahyeon has the highest vocal range. But I think I kinda agree with this ranking. We'll know more in the future.

Rora’s range is only good in the third and forth octave while rami and Ahyeon can start from like 2nd octave to fifth octave. And that is just range. Ahyeon is fs better than Rora in vocals. Ruka even said in a post that rami and Ahyeon lead the other members in vocals

Both of u the ranking is incorrect in many ways. Chiquita is a better vocalist than pharita and rora is a better vocalist than ahyeon if u don't know so, there is a difference between vocals and high notes. Rora's vocals are better than ahyeon's. High notes doesn't change the ranking and rami, ahyeon lead the vocal department that means one is for vocals and another for high notes.

Chiqi is still improving so we cannot put her higher. Rest are our own thoughts.

Everyone saying this ranking isn’t biased… it is. Or it is simply misinformation. Pharita has waaaay better stability than Chiquita, for instance. Even Asa has better stability. Chiquita is a good vocalist but she’s still very young and has shown to have strain in her vocals when not using her falsetto. The main vocals of babymonster as per YG standards and proper technique are clearly Rami, Rora, and Pharita. Range or tone is not a proper tool to assess ranking, if you pick any of those to rank the girls you are being biased. TECHNIQUE is the most important. If you consider technique, the correct ranking would be: 1. Rami 2. Ahyeon 3. Pharita 4. Rora 5. Asa 6. Chiquita 7. Ruka This is considering technique. So chest voice, mixed voice, head voice, agility in moving between these ranges, stability, flexibility, stamina, support, breathing, etc. - Rami has almost flawless chest voice, great mix and head, agility and smoothness when she sings and moves between ranges, great support and power. - Ahyeon is pretty much the same but she can have some strain in the high notes (in the sheesh high note it can be heard at times), - Pharita too but stylistically she’s a softer singer, even tho high notes are no problem. - Rora is a darker kind of singer which I love, so technically she’s almost tied with Pharita, just her stamina is slightly less. - Asa has also proven to be a strong vocalist in pre debut, and has a rapper she has no choice other than to have good breath and support control, plus stamina - Chiquita is a talented vocalist and has a very developed falsetto, which adds a lot of flavour to their songs (she basically only sings like that when not in low notes); she is still young so her voice will still go through a lot of changes; for now she is lacking stamina and support, and her voice strains when she refrains from using falsetto - Ruka is only in last place because she hasn’t shown her vocal skills. But since she’s a rapper, like I mentioned in Asa’s case, she has to have stamina, breath control and support. Plus projection. Forgot to mention that with Asa, and since they are amazing rappers, they have potential to be good vocalists too As a disclaimer, I will say that ALL the girls are EXTREMELY talented and great at what they do. This is not meant to criticise, just to say, don’t believe everything you see online, because honestly I studied singing formally for 10+ years and am now a musician and I’ve never heard of these CDF tier stuff 😭 it’s just something someone invented one day to make it seem like they knew what they were talking about. At least in UK uni, we never studied it, never heard of it.

Vocal range is not equal to vocal support and techniques. Pharita is the weak vocalists among 5 of them (ahyeon, rami, rora, chiquita and her). She lacks vocal support unlike others, she can't even support up to Bb4 and she's too shallow to be in a "weak to average tier".

This Is incorrect. It is 1. Rami 2. Ahyeon 3. Rora 4.Chiquita 5. Pharita 6. Asa 7. Ruka Rami is the best for obvious reasons, and Ahyeon is better than Rora in terms of technique. Rora has some good vocal support, but that’s only for her own vocal range which hits mid 4th octave at the most. But Ahyeon can support a higher range, and hit even harder notes with great breath and vocal control. She also has really good falsettos, and riffs which also take a lot of vocal control. Yes, sometimes Ahyeon strains her notes, but it’s bc she is hitting really really high notes using only her chest voice which is really hard for even professional singers to do. Rora though, sometimes strains in the lower notes, and uses her throat a lot for vocals which could be very damaging. So overall, my vocal ranking is correct. I could even argue that Chiquita is almost as good as Rora, if not the same, but that would take too long. Also don’t use vocal tiers. They are biased, inncorrect, always changing, and say nothing about actual vocal technique. So there is my two cents I’m saying this as a vocal student who has been taught by someone who taught Billie eilish and dove Cameron btw.

How? Ahyeon is not better than rora. Ahyeon strained at the 5th octave, her lows are airy and muffled. Her chords coordination needs to improve. While rora can constantly support up to Bb4 and she have the stability to maintain her tonality down to E3-F3 and she sounds the best in the 3rd octave.
