Good video, although I would argue that ring 4 is the worst because of toi and tonp maybe just my experience with them.

my list: 9. ring 6 8. ring 3 7. ring 4 6. ring 5 5. ring 8 4. ring 9 3. ring 1 2. ring 7 1. ring 2 (hear me out) the goods in ring 2 outweight the bads by a mile. theres 5 towers id willingly put in S tier in ring 2. i think thats enough to say that tofaf or tot shouldnt bring it down
