There are way to many ki blast ultimates and a lot of them do different amounts of damage depending on how much ki,stamina,health or button input.

The Tail mod is called the Transformation Tail Mod and the Shader mod is called the DemonBoy & UI Rakurai’s ReShade Presets

You need to be more specific. If you're asking if it's modded, then yes, but only the shaders and a tail mod. The moves are not modded
