they need to buff angelos hypercharge, they should make the radius bigger and number of shots to get the hypercharge lower

@@PDaac105 Yeah I kinda agree with you The HC itself is pretty damn good, it's just that 4 supers to get it (with the SC nerf) is too much. I would tone it down to something like 2,66 or 3 supers.

I would say slow if you don't have a hypergarage, but play with stun if you have it

So basically just buy Piper & Rico hypercharges because frank is 100% getting emergency nerfed
