I don't know about everyone else, but i think that the 2 strongest brawlers right now (not on a competitive level) is Chester and Buster, playing against them feels like playing against 7 Tick's, and that's a world of pain

Honestly stun is just perfect. I love how they removed luck when they removed boxes but in the same update they added new brawler whose super is random!

Something you didn’t mention that makes salmiakki so much better is that hitting a single brawler with every tick of it charges your super by half, so hitting two brawlers is a full recharge without attacking

0:48 this is a misconception, Frank tweeted that the super changing to the blast upon respawning is “working as intended” and, “will be changed if need be”

What I find really cool about Chester’s supers is how they counter the 5 different brawler types; pop rocks counters tanks, stun counters assassins, bomb counters throwers, heal counters sharpshooters, and poison counters damage dealers

I think a potential rework for pop rocks is rather than it be centered on him, the edge of the radius touches him and goes in the direction your are aiming his super, giving it a bit of range, but not a whole lot

I feel like a good way to use Strong Mint is to activate it before making an aggressive offensive play, as it will heal some of the damage you take and help you survive longer

The slow gadget is so op but people don't know how to utilize, it's so op in hot zone. Just pop it in the zone and let your long range teammates have a free shots on the enemy team :D You could also pop it in the zone and you have a frank and he keep chaining his on them bec the slow super

@@uno9915 who said anything about 1 game mode? Sure, that's the gamemode where it is the most useful, but in gemgrab it is also very useful to slow enemies around the gems, and in brawlbal you also want slows to slow people with the ball.

I feel like all his supers are good in their own situations. The fact that he has heals, wall break, and stun is CRAZY!!

The candy popper super is really useful in 3v3 gamemodes and whenever all the player of enemy team decides to gather at the same place for example carrying gems in gemgrab chester can simply use that super as you get the super by default whenever you die so that's quite common and the enemy team is destroyed The one thing about this is that sometimes the enemies get out of the zone till he durations of the animation so they can get out of the radius quite easily but if you do it in timing it will work

First one is broken so no, the second can be doable if you give it a medium/small range, kind of like Pam's gadget. Without range it would be broken as well

I'd switch the places of salmiaki and candy popper. Candy popper seems like opponents don't notice it as it flies through the air, whereas you can tell a Chester is trying to poison you based on how he moves.

salmiaki deals over 3000 damage and prevents healing for a little more than 10 seconds which is insane and has 7 ticks of damage. candy popper is good but not as good as salmiaki

Here is my thoughts on each super as someone who has played many 600/700 trophy matches with chester. Strong Mint: The Healing has too much of a delay. It can come in clutch but that normally does not happen Pop Rocks: the damage has rarely actually helped me kill brawlers and does not function well as area control purely because it appears at your location. Candy Popper: This I feel is definitely always one I am happy to see because it has such a large blast radius and can go over walls. Very useful and never fails to work Salmiakki(or however its spelled idk): This is one of my favorite supers because it does so much damage and almost always ends with a kill and prevents the enemy from pushing when it doesn’t because of the constant damage Jaw Breaker: From the first time I used Chester I immediately knew how OP it was and it guarantees kills on every brawler except maybe the tankiest like frank. Def gonna get nerfed to maybe even just a one second stun.

Just started watching Rey again after along time and wanted to say that the beard looks amazing.

I chose to get him over Meg in the star road and I had never regretted it - the gameplay, his randomness, the voice lines, the strange and creepy lore behind him

I was waiting for someone like Spen do rank these supers the moment chester was announced. The ranking really depends on the gamemode, like for example in solo showdown and knockout jawbreaker is probably the best. My ranking of best to worst generally follows: 5. Pop rocks (The slow). It’s still good, but lacks burst. 4. The mint (heal) its alright but usually when I get it, I’d prefer to have the candy popper or stun as I typically get it when a tank or something is barring down on me. Plus the delay is very annoying. 3. Jawbreaker the stun is unparalleled in showdown. It’s the #1 for solo showdown and knockout, but in other 3v3s, while still very good, it’s also pretty easy to miss. It’s biggest weakness is that you can’t hit multiple enemies. 2. Salmaikki very good, and actually recharges his super well, but often when you’re close enough to land, you can kill your enemy. The over time damage is great for forcing enemies back. 1. I like the candy popper the most. The damage is good, and it recharges the super a lot, especially if you hit more than one enemy, but I like it the most because it helps Chester dealing with his arguably best counter, throwers. The wallbreak helps Chester get rid of those throwers.

I feel like people forget that Pop Rocks is mostly meant for zone control and since it has such a larger zone of control than Spike's super, making it throwable would be kind of OP (and a little too annoying alongside his versatility and other strong offensive options). It's less for being used aggressively and more defensively like controlling a Hot Zone or the middle of Gem Grab and Brawl Ball Oh and killing low HP enemies hiding behind walls... That will never get old 😏🃏

Pop rocks is still way worse than any of the other supers. Not being able to aim it is the reason why it sucks, and that’s alright. All the other supers are strong, so it’s good he has at least one weak one.

Completely agree. I've been Maining Chester all the way to rank 22, and by far jawbreaker is my favorite

Chester is really good, and all of his supers! Even brawlers like spike that have singular supers don’t match with any single super of Chester.

Hey rey found a cool detail in brawl stars !! If before the update you had claimed power points for a brawler after the update it will show as existing power points on that brawler as you cannot get power points for a specific brawler . So on the right of the "existing power points" it says open BRAWL BOXES to get power points

In my opinion, Pop Rocks is actually pretty good, like ok I see it does almost no damage(per second, the total is nice), and it also slows which is good. Also heal is insane, but my favorite is stun ofc its so damb good.

I really like pops rocks you can use it to hold an area briefly in 3v3 game modes

Personally I agree with the list but I feel that "Salmiakki" and "Candy Popper" should be flipped but I can also see why you put it as 2nd. My reasoning behind thinking the 2 supers should be flipped is that the poison range is very long (~6 tiles), not very wide (~5 tiles at widest point), doesn't go through walls, and there are a lot of ways to heal up other than not taking damage for 3 seconds. The only thing going for it is that after 10 seconds an enemy will begin to normal heal. A enemy can easily avoid it if they get an obstacle in between the Super and themselves. Candy Popper always provides value because it can break walls, deals a lot of damage all at once, can be tossed over walls, knocks enemies around, and knocks them out of animations. With a damage gear active his Candy Popper Super deals 3243 damage (57 less damage than a Dynamike super).

I think every super is really useful but somewhat situational, even pop rocks is like a worse spike super, salmiakki can do a ton to the heist safe, candy popper has knockback and good damage, strong mint can get out of bad situations, and of course the stunner stuns which is insane in ever game mode

Honestly all of his supers pop off at the perfect time but the poison super it's so good I've seen my self killing them because of the super it's so funny he is such a good brawler and the stun is something else

I always use spicy dice if i see pop rocks,if i ran out,i just waste it,i can just get a new one. Its a good feeling when you get the jawbreaker.

i’d put candy crush in front of the poison spray thing since it wall breaks and is pretty good, and the poison spray is kinda hard to hit in like open maps, which candy crush is also bad in open maps but also knocks back. Candy crush is more of a situational lifesaver sorta thing. but poisoner spray thing is more of like a tank killer thing.

Ive got saumiaki at the bottom of my tier list, yes it does a ton of damage but you have to be so close to the enemy in order to hit your shot

I use strong mint aggressively when I want to get closer to a long range brawler to deal damage, so that even if they tap you you can still heal, get closer and annihilate a brawler like piper

i love chester bruh not cuz he's op but playing with chester you can never really predict how the battle will go and when you get his super you'll have to adapt to what ever super you get making you think more than once on how you'll make use of it

I agree 100% with your ranking. Chester feels strong, but not an unhealthy strong, because he varies so much. I hope they change a couple of his powers but overall I think he is one of the funnest legendaries in the game. Definitely funner than Meg anyway.

Fun little fact about Chester salmiakki super when Chester uses the salmiakki super on buster super it actually reflects the damage back to Chester unlike Emz where here main attack doesn’t actually get reflected by Chester’s super

In my opinion the stun super is the best, after that comes the bomb super, then the Emz attack super, after that the heal super and then the slow super, they should honestly buff the damage of slow super or the radius.

His supers are just slight variations of other abilities. Pop Rocks is spike super, Fresh Mint is somewhat unique but it's kind of just a jacked up Byron heal with delay, Candy Popper is Dynamike super, Salmiakki is like a jacked up Emz shot with Crow poison, Jawbreaker is the only one which is actually unique, which is kind of why it's the best. And his main attack is literally Griff's normal attack but random. He's like Bonnie, he's a bunch of different and fun brawlers all packed together. That's one of the reasons he's so fun to play but so annoying to play against (you're fighting 8 brawlers for the price of one).

Are you gonna do some 500k subscriber celebration? Because you're cutting it REALLY close to 500k subscribers! (Happy early 500k subscribers btw!)

My list:- 1.)stun super is best but i almost never get it:( 2.)wall break 3.) Heal. It is sooooooo damn underrated!!!! 4.)poison (this is because once u poison an enemy, he knows he will die and will bomb rush and suicide into you. Thus little value for super. Altho it is really good in showdown 5.) Slow. Literally useless and annoying to look at. Unfortunately, I always get this I have played lots of matches with Chester. To make comparision easier, I didn't buy gadget. Now I think that you should use reroll when you get slow super 100% of time.

Rey, In my opinion the supers go in Stun>Bomb>Gas>Heal>Slow. Slow is last because well it's the same as your explanation, you rarely even get usage out of it. Heal is 2nd worst because it's healing over time, can't make full use most of the time, and most importantly doesn't charge up super by using it, while all the others charge about 45% of the super (Needs to get nerfed). The Gas and Bomb come very close but in my opinion the gas is worse because it's over time (really situational), it's range is pretty short so you have to get super close. (Gas would be higher on grassy maps) If there is grass and they don't see you coming this gas super surpasses the bomb one, because it can scout them and you can sneak up on them. The bomb is good overall because it's instant, breaks walls, does massive damage, and knockback. Finally, the stun is the most op because it literally has 2 sec stun, the projectile of it is very fast and easy to land. 2100 instant damage, and charges 45% of your super, with this super you can confirm a kill and most of the time cycle another super.

I wonder if they will change what happens with the credits when you have all brawlers, is kinda bad how I cant get the coins and power points from the completed brawl pass without wasting the credits going on to the Fame.

Honestly my tier list would be 1. (The strongest one) the stun 2. Emz one 3. Heal 4. BOOM 5. Slow Because you can trow heal before the fight and enemys basicly doing nothing to you from long range, because if the dont hit you every time you outheal his damage Also something not related to the video.. Do you guys feel like they could give him some other powers instead of this ones Like this is fine but he basicly have everything made to deal huge damage Like stun, heal, and slow are okay all tho slow is really weak, but exploution and poisen, well i guess explousion is fine 2 because it breaks walls, but poisen is kinda just damage over time i feel like they could give him some more creative abillitys. Like im thinking if they made him as support brawler with low damage and give him 5 supers all strong but in only some situations Like he could make some masive half second stun that stuns all in area he hits, then he could have some heal or ms buff that buffs allys in some radius and stuff like that.. Tho i guess it would not work with his personality, he is crazy so dealling masive damage in different ways is feets him more then to be strong support that should change the way he is played with every new super (i mean he kinda plays a bit defferent with each super right now but its like il stun and kill you, or ir poisen you to death, players dont need to think much to do anything with him). Brawler is fun to play, but think that he had so much more potencial Damn i need to stop typeing this long comments, no one like to reads random poor writen long comments.. D:

salmiakki is so fun to use when you spray someone on low health in showdown, they cant heal and have to wait for their demise lol

I think the dev's will change the HP of JESTER in the next update. Just a guess, there are events where jester gets defeated, & those where he overpowers others

All Chester's Supers are GREAT but my favorite and the best in my opinion is the stun one. The time of stun is insane + the damage, with this super you can beat absolutely everyone, and it's also very fast

Pop rocks: Useful in tight maps or assassin control Strong mint: Cmon it’s obvious Candy popper: Useful in maps with alot of bushes or walls (crowd control too) Spray: Very useful against crowds Stun: Good at stopping annoying enemies

I could argue about the second and third place but overall I agree

Chester is the most versitile brawler the only things, he can’t do is make a spawnable & have a way to increase his range, (which is good.

I think the best super is the stun one because if someone is close to you stun them because you can get away from any danger plus if someone is getting away you can just them and attack The worst one yet is the pop rocks you can even range its like jackys attack but you can slow and attack that's one thing is good

Salmiakki is stupid good and if stun wasn’t broken it’s be the best by far. The best thing about it imo is in fact the garenteed 3000 damage, if you hit someone with less than 3000 health and they don’t have a healer it’s a garenteed kill and it’s the perfect time to fall back and do whatever. And most times when people are hit by it they also try and fall back without knowing their dead

The slow healing from the mint isn’t the best for recovering from low to high but if you use it at about 70% hp while taking damage you basically have a Gus shield on you, allowing you to 1v1 higher damage midrange brawlers like Griff.
