Hi Rejeev ,No need to pass -- in left Function as reference is value e.g 76 but in Right Function Reference is Text eg CSE and Right is a text function that's why we need to pass double negative to coerce true vale into 1 and false into 0. Hope you understand. Kindly evaluate your right formula without and with passing -- using F9
