i am actually excited to try this game. i dont think it will surpass overwatch or be a huge success but it will definitely be a breath of fresh air.

rocket and loki r the meta but ya shes good.. maybe if loki shift wasnt busted asf or punisher wasnt broken esp with rocket team up then luna would be good.. her team up is rly underwhelming too

My eyes popped open when I saw his big ass hanging up there like spiderman 😂😂. You know you different when you find out new things that most don't.

As soon as I saw his abilities I thought "Oh hes shitty Winston" but no one played him like that it baffled me

Hulk needs some buffs for him to actually feel like The Hulk

Winton makes him feel like The Hulk. Everyone else who played him makes him look bad. But if you're playing a tank you're not made to get pentakills, domination ends up being less obvious since your job is pressure and space control.

Huk is like Rein. Fill them with resources in a GOATs style comp, and both will do work.

@@HorribleMuttonChops Meanwhile Dr Strange (who shouldnt even classify as a tank lol) does a crap ton of damage & gets kills with like 2 hits. The other tanks prob out damage Hulk too which is ridiculous. I get the Overwatch comparisons and balance stuff but at the end of the day its still Marvel & The Hulk should be strong with solid damage especially when hes a melee tank, at least 3 shot a squishie like Rein for example. It's too low right now, takes bout a full combo to kill a squishie

Yep, the hits needs to be way more impactful.... more impact in general, Hulk is the strongest Marvel character, he has to be imposing as hell and I think his default size should be the ultimate size (to balance things, have to increase his health pool)

I'm pretty sure you're invincible when you're doing world breaker (aka monster hulk's ult ) but the person you gab isn't and I'm pretty sure so they can take damage and heal from allies and enemies some kind of wondering if you spam right click the q the tank that still alive then can whole team damage him ?

hulk is actually so good it's just no one knows how to use him

It's just beautiful the two tanks dynamic, it's like Rein + Zarya (the Hulk somehow generate shield bubbles for others... kinda out of characters, but that's fine)

I know his damage seems low but I wouldn't buff it just yet, I would try just giving him more movement speed either normally or in ult. I feel like all the melee characters need more movement speed to be viable, can't get the hits in if others kite at the same speed.

im suprised that u learned the names of these characters so fast its takes me a little longer in most games to get the names right like in rainbow i just say the dude with the hammer or so

Hulk punches look weak. Seems like he should function more like doom fist and have more charge and knock back. He's barely avoided in this gameplay. I would expect wolverine to fight the way this version of hulk does

There's more to the hulks kit than you know. Keep in mind it's a video game, you're supposed to try and keep the fantasy of the hero while maintaining balance. If it was lore accurate than the game would only be fun for Hela players

@@Winton_OW2 I understand the balance side of a video game, but visually he doesn't seem hulk-like, tanky, or strong. He seems a little undersized, and his melee punches occur a bit fast. I was expecting something a little slower and more powerful like Rein melee, or Doom charge punch with knockback through the destructible environment. Its only alpha, but he doesn't really stand out in the mix of things the way an OW2 tank does.

Yeah, I wrote the same before I saw your comment. This looks like a massive downgrade compared to OW. Only reason we even see any kind of (tiny) hype is the Marvel license.

Is it that bad? He got 25 kills and dealt 17k damage by the end. (surpassed by Ironman surprisingly who I thought was the worst or 2nd worst dps) I also feel like I've seen quite a few Hulks with such kill counts watching Necros on twitch. Probably the only tank that can outdps Hulk is Dr Strange and that's because of an exploit/animation cancel.

Oof the melee characters in this game look very unsatisfying to play, definitely has that moba no impact feeling to the hits. Still very curious to play it but definitely suspect ranged ppl will be where I play. Only thing hulk does in this that looks right is that grab attack ult. The long jump also could be animated so much more smoothly since your using it often to get around.

Hulk should get more damage plus he should have someway to self heal

Hulk is literally just Ramattra + Winton + Dva.

The game is was poorly optimized, I ran it on lowest settings and was barely getting 160fps. It's a miracle I was able to stream it in the first place

the movement looks slugggish compared to OW. hopefully full release will look better

Am I the only one who thinks so, or the icons in Marvel Rivals are way less readable than in Overwatch? Maybe it's okayish when you play it yourself, but KZread/Twitch videos make them into a square mess imho.

the amount of space and breathing room you gave to your team by jumping into the opposing team's face is insane, people think that hulk is supposed to go in and kill the backline but his chokepoint pressure rivals that of groot, this was not even top level hulk play, you didn't know about some aspects of the character going in, isn't used to his stun projectile speed thus missing it alot and doesn't know how to play around the more D.va part of his kit (hulk to bruce to hulk again), those who think he needs buffs are nuts.

This was one of the first matches. There's better gameplay to come! I only had 3-4 days to play but I learned a lot, I hope it shows more so in the next video :)

I hope this game scares the sh!t out of Bliz Also, it has something of Paladins, in the graphics and movement I like the third person a lot

Man, the current state of Marvel Rivals is... questionable. Stiff animations, derivative gameplay and zero creativity. Let's see if the Marvel license can carry it to some success.

Keep in mind it's an alpha, the first working/playable version of the game. It's a miracle it even runs, but the fact that a lot of creative things (Like Dr.Strange TP) work with minimal issues is insane
